Stayed Jul 3, 2025Comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom condo by the river in downtown Winter Park. Our first night and morning was a little bumpy since the prior renters seem to have changed the internet password and the key card for the HOA rec center wasn’t working. Once we got that resolved we had a great time! The building backs to the river which is amazing to listen to - especially at night. We were right downtown so walked to some wonderful restaurants and the trail next to the river was beautiful for a little jaunt. The rec center in the HOA has a pool table, a nice indoor pool and more than one hot tub which was really nice after a day out exploring the area. Overall a wonderful holiday weekend in Winter Park!

Stayed Dec 26, 2024We had a wonderful stay at this well maintained property conveniently located close to skiing, restaurants and grocery shopping. The kitchen is well stocked, and the necessary kitchen and bathroom products provided. The fireplace lights easily and burns well. There is a lovely view out back. We would definitely stay here again.
