Stayed Jan 2, 2026Condo was great. Had functional gas fireplace with some wood. Had 2 bedrooms plus loft space and a small tv room in addition to living room and kitchen. Downstairs bath was upgraded. The heater went out on us one night. But vacasa was quick to send a maintenance person out. They resolve the issue quickly.

Stayed Feb 18, 2025We had a very nice stay at this property. The listing calls it “elegant”… I wouldn’t really use that word to describe it… “cozy” seems a better fit. It has a very comfy cabin feel to it. Cute decor with vintage skis, sled, etc. Loved the 2 balconies that overlooked wooded area. My teenager loved the little room that had a small couch and tv. Located in good area… very close to Kings Beach, where there is grocery store and places to eat. Also, good location for skiing at Northstar. We actually skied at Palisades during our stay, but even that resort is not too far away.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022This King’s Beach townhome is comfortable and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels. There is no air conditioning, but it didn’t take long for the place to cool down in the evening. The deck overlooks a wooded area, and you can hear the creek that runs behind the property. The location is a five minute drive from shops and restaurants.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Excellent location close to Northstar, with hiking and snowshoeing trails accessible within walking distance. The condo has lots of space, comfortable beds, and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. We had a great stay.
