I will say the dining chairs are extremely uncomfortable. Our family spends time Sitting between meals and playing games, so it wasn’t as great of an experience in the past with more comfortable units. This unit has great curtains in the master to block the sun from waking too early if family wants to sleep in.

The property itself is close to beach, beautiful BIG pool and kids area for kids area with volleyball, baseball all within view to watch them.We would not hesitate to book again. And rental manager Natalie was the best!!

This resort is close to many fabulous restaurants such as The Purple Olive, Violas, and Black Molly. We enjoyed the many amenities and especially the indoor pool. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. Make sure to visit them and find out their recommendations and explore St Augustine. It is a real treasure. The condo was huge, plenty of space, clean and the beds were so comfy. The view was spectacular. We loved everyday even when it rained. No complaints!

Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice comfy beds and a beautiful view the only things I would suggest is better cleaning people there were food crumbs all along the floor by the couch the windows had hand prints all over there was hair on the floor in the bedroom and master bathroom and needs better cookware other than that we had a nice stay

Our oldest is now 40. Our grandchildren are now vacationing with us.we really appreciate the changes made to the beach walkway.Getting rid of the stairs made it so much The revised wooden walkway made getting to beach easier especially with a rolling cart. We also liked being able to rent the chairs and umbrellas from Drifters. It was nice not having to bring chairs or umbrella from home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we got to the condo we were locked out because the storm door was locked. Had problems several times with the latch catching and locking. Office said they would put in a work and never did. We finally spoke with maintenance and they fixed it the next day. We found an empty donut bag under a cushion, smashed blueberries under he bed in the master, and a bag of gum under the bed in the 2nd bedroom.
