Stayed Jun 29, 2024Our family of 7 (grandparents, mom and dad and three small children; ages 2,4 and 7) really enjoyed our stay at this location! Having the pool, playground and the beach all in one location was a game changer! The unit itself was clean and perfect for our whole family. We enjoyed the large balcony for meals and relaxing every morning and afternoon!

We began coming to Colony Reef when our kids were teens with friends, then girlfriends, next wives, grandkids and this year great grands came. Time flies but always great family fun at Colony Reef.

The entire staff is friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The location is great for beautiful views, beach walks, and close to town for entertainment. The unit is perfect for me as there are good beds for guests and family. My home away from home.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023We enjoyed staying in this condo, the beach view was amazing. Plenty of seating in the living room for us to spread out and relax. Another great stay at Colony Reef going on 10+ years.

For an older Overall, the experience was great. As an older couple using the master bedroom, the bed was MUCH too high to be safe. Also, I texted the office after arriving home after our trip to inform the office I had left a jewelry pouch in the bedside table, and so far have not had a response from them.
