CRC 2209 - Beautiful Oceanview Condo

The outdoor deck, pool and beach access made this worth it. More time should be spent making sure things are really clean. One toilet still had waded up paper in it. Bedspread and two blankets and drawers of dressers had unpleasant odors. Kitchen was nice but other aspects could use some cleaning and updating.

All the condos have an ocean view. At. Augustine is a great place to vacation, very peaceful and relaxing and safe. The staff at Colony Reef Club was fantastic and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

Staff seem willing to help, but you need to ASK! Again, nothing major, but what time does the indoor pool close, did you know they’ll lend sports equipment? Some of this may have been communicated, but I’m not sure where. Part of the issue may be that we checked in after hours. Also, I learned a staff member had a heart attack, so they were short staffed. Also, our WiFi password info wasn’t posted and it went out mid stay. Not a huge issue, but a hassle to have to call or walk to the office.

There were multiple issues with the condo upon check in we had no wi fi for two days the garbage disposal had a piece of plastic in it so we had to get that addressed The back porch was nice however we could not use it every time you closed the sliding door you would be locked out of the condo There were also roaches in the condo and I have never seen that issue before at this property

Great location and quiet community. Beach access and pool was great! Hopefully the stone table can be fixed by the pool.

We have neen coming to Colony Reef for nearly 30 years. The only recommendation the older grandchildren would have liked the pool to stay open until 10pm 8:30-9 was a little short.
