CRC 2206 - Beautiful Oceanview Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying at colony reef and we just love it so much. The convenient beach access, the huge swimming pool, playground, and fun grass field where all of the kids play in the evening just make colony reef so special. There are only three cons I can mention. The air conditioner in the bunk room blows directly onto one bunks pillow that room gets freezing at night because it’s so small. We found the two top bunks to be unusable so don’t count on them. We couldn’t get the TV in the master bedroom working, but it wasn’t worth the effort to get maintenance out. They are serious about supplies not being provided. I was surprised to have no dish soap. I was glad I brought my own trash bags, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, paper towels, and toilet paper.

It might be personal preference but in this particular unit, we found the mattress in the master to be uncomfortable and we also prefer a walk-in shower.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the great location with a nice ocean view and beach access. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean and nice. The condo itself was nice with a large balcony and plenty of room. Downside: 1 king bed was broken and we had to buy tools to repair it due to the timing of our arrival. Floor damaged - There were limited supplies - no condiments - 6 towels total for the 3 bedrooms. Condo personnel were friendly and gracious.

The indoor pool was such a great option for a rainy day, and the beach access is so convienient and beautiful. Our condo was so clean and was perfect for our family with 4 kids!

There was everything we needed and just enough space. The gated resort is great (not the first time we've stayed here) with a huge pool (unheated), hot tub and great access to the beach. The provided two rolls of toilet paper, 4 small bar soaps for the bath and 2 packs of dishwasher soap. Plan to provide everything else yourself (papertowel, tissue, baggies, coffee filters, etc.). There were beach chairs but no beach towels. I would definitely rent this place again.

It was really clean with plenty of room for us and our family of 4 adults and 3 kids.

We have stayed here for over 30 years and would not stay anywhere else.
