CRC 2205 - Newly Renovated! Beautiful Ocean View Condo

I hesitate giving such glorious reviews as I don’t want it to become too popular. We have extended family (26 people) at Colony Reef every year and they all keep coming back. That should say it all. The amenities were lovely with indoor and outdoor pool, gym, tennis courts, basketball hoop, etc. Staff was responsive: our outdoor electric grill wasn't working and they replaced it immediately.

The master bath fan does not work. It could use more towels. A bug man walked straight into the condo without knocking and he had the wrong condo.

This has to be my favorite unit so far, my daughters enjoyed it so much. Its great, because you don't have to drive anywhere, you have full beach & pool access. The community in itself is great, as well as their management - 10/10

It is beautifully remodeled and decorated. Everything feels, light, bright, and clean. We loved the location and the proximity to the pool and beach. The elevators made the second floor with toddlers not bad at all & the views of the ocean were definitely worth it! We will definitely be back next summer!

Unfortunately this condo did not live up to the pictures. It was very run down and all the furniture was stained and sagging. There was mold in the caulk in the bathrooms. Not sure the last time it was deep cleaned. Also, the exterior of the complex was not very maintained. For example, there was a huge hole in the wall in the stairwell that hadn't been patched. On the plus side the beach was great and the pool was good. Check in and check out were easy with minimal check out chores. I would say just set your expectations accordingly when coming to stay here.
