Stayed Dec 26, 2025Great location for beach access and pool. Easy drive to old town St. Augustine. The building is dated, musty smell inside the condo.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024It was a great place to stay. This unit was redone nicely but the icemaker wasn’t working and there was a weird smell in the place that didn’t go away. The property management was very responsive when the handle on the sliding door lost a screw.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was clean and loved being on the 1st floor for the kids to play in the grassy area. Our only complaint was the master bed is old and very uncomfortable. Other than this it was a great week! We will be back to Colony Reef!

My grandson really enjoyed playing in the courtyard. Love the updates to the beach access, with no stairs to get to beach. Our condo was very comfortable. Already reserved for next year!

The pool is great and the walk to the beach from any of the condos is convenient. The room was clean, but could use a deep cleaning in the bathrooms. I do understand there was a cleaning staff issue. Overall my stay at Colony Reef was wonderful and I would come back.
