CRC 1206 - Newly Updated Condo with Ocean and Pool View

We stayed for 6 nights in May and had a wonderful time. Great location right on the beach with a huge pool. Property grounds were well maintained and staff was friendly. Condo was perfect and had everything we needed. The beds were VERY comfortable. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from the patio balcony. It was a short walk to the beach, with clean, soft sand and clear water…a really beautiful beach. No major issues with noise even though it was a large complex and we faced the pool. Pool closed at dusk and opened at 9am and staff was on top of that. Overall just a wonderful trip and we will definitely return.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at your resort for many years and have rented well over 20 units. I pay for the Gold choice when available. This unit was charged as such but was outdated. I do not think it was worth the price. Also, 2 towels per bath is not enough for what you charge. We did laundry quite often.

We are a family of 5, consisting of my husband, myself, our two kids (3 + 9) and my husband's mom (aka Nana.) Our check in was super easy and flexible. Our flight was delayed so we did not arrive until midnight, but the locker check in procedure made the process super easy. The unit itself and the entire property overall is immaculate and meticulously maintained. We really enjoyed and took advantage of all of the amenities. We had a couple rainy afternoons, so the indoor pool came in handy so we did not have to sacrifice pool time due to the unexpected weather. The outdoor pool is gorgeous and the boardwalk to the beach is a game changer. It made getting to and from the beach so much easier. Also, as parents we really appreciated the safety of gates to the pool and also to the beach. Our AirBNB host (condo owner) was phenomenal. We found the office and grounds staff to be nice as well when we ran into them. This particular unit is perfectly located on the second floor so an easy walk up the stairs if you do not want to wait for the elevator, but also conveniently located next to the elevator which makes bringing luggage and groceries in a breeze. The view is perfect and super close to the pool so worked out well for us. My only minor feedback would be to maybe have some basic items provided. We did not have a kitchen garbage bag or any dish soap which was a tiny bit of a hassle since we got there so late at night and didn't want to drag our kids out to the store that late. The office did state that every unit receives an amenities pack but it is extremely basic, and seems to differ from unit to unit or who cleans. He was an outstanding host - anything we had questions about was answered immediately (or before we could think of it.) 😊The condo is beautiful and was SUPER clean. It is in a very convenient location close to downtown St Augustine but far enough away you can relax without being swarmed by other people. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything you could think of, and the patio area overlooked the pool and ocean.I would definitely stay here again. 12/10 rating.
