Stayed Jul 26, 2025We loved staying at Colony Reef! The pool was big enough for everyone, the beach is just a short walk down the boardwalk, and the courtyard they have in the middle is perfect for kids to run around and play. The house was equipped with everything you could need. If you want some extra essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, or detergents you might want to buy some but other than that they had everything you could need. There were a few issues with the cleanliness of the property but they were VERY nice when the issue was brought up and super helpful to resolve this. Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to travel to St. Augustine.

Have been coming here since our children were young and now getting to enjoy watching our grandchildren. We enjoyed this unit so much. The amenities were so good. I’m not sure why it’s not considered a Gold.

Stayed Apr 19, 2025Great stay! Close walk to the beach family friendly with lots of other kids to play with. Pool was great, it was nice they had a little kiddie pool. Hot tub was a bit too hot. No spices in the and bear bone kitchen wear.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025My mom and 2 daughters visited from Hilton Head and Charleston and had an amazing time. The condo was exactly as described. We loved that the condo was on the first floor adjacent to the pool and walkway to the beach making it extremely convenient to come and go. We will definitely be booking this property again. Thank you for a great vacation!

Nicely updated, comfortable bedding and perfect location. Have stayed at Colony Reef before and would highly recommend to anyone. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They were wonderful regarding evacuations and refunding money. Went out of their way to help us. Wish we could have finished our stay as it is one of our favorite places. We will be back, and I hope it is very soon! Highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments: It's the only place I've ever stayed that didn't make me miss my own bed. I just wish the unit had a patio fan and a living room fan. It's too hot to sit on the patio and relax. Still, looking forward to next time!

The king bed was very firm, which we liked. We liked that it was steps from the pool. The carpet and blinds probably need to be replaced soon, but were fine for the little time we spent inside. The food truck schedule was disappointingly unreliable, but that was the only real inconvenience. Movie on the lawn was fun.

I’ve already booked it again for next year. The only complaint I have is we were missing a few must have kitchen items. We didn’t have oven mitts, a colander or a blender. Other than that it was perfect and I can’t wait to stay again!

Stayed May 18, 2024We had a great stay and it had a great updated kitchen. Only issue we had were the blinds on the sliding glass doors were broken and unusable.
