The property was clean and perfect in every way, except that I picked the place specifically for the outside hot tub. Once checked in I learned that the exterior pool and hot tub were only open from 9am to dusk.

Stores were close and easy to access. The only drawback was not getting into St. Augustine because of the crowds, but the facility gave us plenty to do!

Ended up washing clothes in the sink until able to do so in the main office. However the washer in the office ruined multiple pieces of clothing as well as the stainless steel sink ruined some new white shirts. The condo wasn't very clean either but we made due and cleaned when we arrived. This however won't impact us staying again next year.

It was a bit of a walk out to the beach, though. The condo had nice furnishings and comfortable beds. Just be aware that a hair dryer is not provided.

Unit was in a great location- especially for families with young children. Located on 1st floor near pool and boardwalk. There were not many start up supplies, but I placed an insta cart order and picked up what I needed at Publix 5 minutes away. No extra linens or beach towels, saw a couple roaches - but it is Florida:) Overall a great deal for the cost. Grocery carts and rolling carts available to help unload your things.

They told us if it messed up again just don’t wash anymore clothes. The overall condo is conveniently located so we book again for next year.
