Cozy West Palm Beach Condo: 1 Block to Shore!

Great stay. Location was great, right across A1A from the big hotels, so it was quiet. Directly across from a beach access, but it was a little scary to us to jaywalk across busy A1A, so we preferred the short walk to the light where it was a safer crossing and had some great little restaurants (highly recommend Guakamole, Pizza Lino, and the bagel shop), as well as a lifeguard on the beach and convenience stores for a drink or snack, or when your bathing suit breaks and you need a quick replacement. I had teens with me, so the walk was really not a big deal at all, but with small children it could get cumbersome, but there is a free beach parking lot where the restaurants are that would make that easy. Owners were quick to respond when we had a problem with the A/C and got it fixed pronto. Also, water pressure in the sink that one reviewer mentioned has been fixed and works great now. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Place was super clean, smelled good and in the perfect location to walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Can't wait to book my next stay here. Loved it! 10/10

The house was super cute, master bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. We had a ton of ants and a few spiders that kept us company.

Worked out very well for us. With the exception of the bed in the living room being broken, the property was very nice in a great location. How does the 10% discount work?

This was our second stay at this property. We love the unit, it is adorable and the couches are comfortable. The windows in the kitchen make great shelves for cereal and what not. This property is a quick walk to the amazing beach!

The dish were not all clean in the cabinets.

The condo was perfect for our scuba trip. Short walk to beaches in a Cute little beach town, fun bars and restaurants. Condo was clean with everything that we needed

We extended our long weekend cruise to a few more days at the beach. We enjoued the proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Nice place walking distance to most areas on south Singer Island

We were in town for a soccer tournament and this place served us perfectly. Very easy walk to the beach, simple to get in and out of, quiet, and everything was very comfortable inside. Great place!

Great location ! Only problem was smart thermostat and Streaming TV. Two 74 year olds had trouble figuring out technology.

Very much enjoyed our stay! Easy walk to beach, restaurants and charming Palm Beach Shores neighborhood. Very comfortable and pleasant experience! Very nice to have two sinks in the bathroom. A highlight of ours was sitting on the front balcony enjoying early mornings and sunsets. Would be even better if a small table and chairs were provided. We had one noteworthy issue and noticed some minor things that need attention. Refrigerator broke our first night there but was repaired the next business day after we identified. Owner has stated we will be reimbursed. Drawer in master bedroom dresser needs repair and room is missing a closet door. Master bedroom door will only close with serious effort. The program on thermostat will change temperature to 76 in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning. Thermostat should be able to managed by tenant during their stay.

The host made everything very easy. I received all the necessary information and details about my stay ahead of time. Easy to get in touch with host, great location. Very close to the beach and grocery store. Quiet neighborhood and clean apartment.

We were traveling to see my brother for his surprise 50th birthday party. With 3 women aged 23-74, we anticipated challenges with only having 1 bathroom but were pleasantly surprised to find an extra vanity in the shower/toilet area of the bathroom. The property was beautifully designed, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again!

Very clean, well organized, overall very good Plenty of places to sleep, sit, etc Walking distance to beach, good restaurants, live music and shops. Check in/out was easy Kitchen stocked with cookware etc. I would recommend ice trays - that would be helpful if staying more than a night. Also, good to mention that there was a Keurig. I pods. Usually I bring some just in case but forgot this trip so that’s on me. I’d stay again.

The property is great as advertised. I don't have anything bad to say with one exception. The living room area does get warm during the day even with the air conditioner on. Other than that it was amazing.

The place was clean, the neighbors were quiet, the place was close to the beach, and it was big enough for all of us and our dog!

The condo was beautiful!! The decor was gorgeous as well as clean! Plenty of towels, beach chairs etc. Easy to get to snorkeling snd the beach. Will definitely be nack!

We all loved this condo. The parking spot was big enough for my van carrying a 4x8 uhaul for all our inflatables to paddle over to peanut island. I walked to an from Phil Foster park. Every evening we walked to the beach with our red light flash lights for some turtle watching. We didn't see any but did see lots of new nest. We all gathered in the living room to watch tv together. If you like watching tv in the bedroom you will need to bring your tablet or lap top due to only one very nice tv in the living room. Pack k cups or bring a coffee pot. You don't need to pack a lot of clothes, this unit has very a nice washer and dryer in a large separated bathroom where some one can shower in privacy by closing a pocket door. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The living room is large and couch/loveseat is comfortable. The sofa bed was not so didn't use it. The kitchen is large with a nice refrigerator but no ice make or water despenser. We bought bags of ice and gallons of water. I loved having the back door to take our 2 service dogs out back . We will definitely will stay here again.

Very quiet

Modern, clean and comfortable house. We had a great time. 5 min walk to the beach or beach restaurants. 2nd floor so use caution if you have limited access.
