Cozy Townsend Condo, Resort-Style Amenities!

We loved being in a gated community and super close to lots of hiking options. Cades Cove Scenic Loop, Abrams Falls and Laurel Falls were all close by and excellent! We were also close to Tuckaleechee Caverns and the Foothills Parkway, which was a gorgeous drive and view from Look Rock. Even Clingmans Dome and Andrews Bald were only around 1 hour away. This was our first time staying somewhere other than a hotel while on vacation, and it definitely won us over!! Kudos to Jennifer for ensuring that we felt like we were on vacation with the whole check out process, too!! ❤️

Great condo, safe and quiet neighborhood. Everyone was very friendly. There were great places to eat as well

The condo will very clean and well appointed with everything you might need. Very comfortable beds-great kitchen, etc

Communication was a little lacking. Otherwise the property and our stay was great.

We enjoyed our visit. The property was as advertised and well suited for our visit to the Smokies. We had an issue with the access code to the property but both the property manager and owner responded quickly and got us in. I would use this property on a future visit.

Townsend is known as the peaceful side of the Smokies and this condo made even more peaceful it is off the main drag and up a hill where there is no noise at all. the condo is well maintained, and the cleaning company does a great job we have absolutely 0 complaints. We would definitely come back and most likely will.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay, we had a great time. Our host was awesome, which made our stay that much better.

Everything was Great, except for the weather. My wife and I still had a great time. We love the area. We will be back.

Wonderful location, we loved the amenities!! Kids enjoyed all the different games the house provided! Beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was outstanding! We will definitely book again in the future!!

Such a a beautiful, clean condo in a gated, quiet community. The owner was fabulous with communicating me. I definitely recommend!

Always love staying at this community when visiting Townsend and this unit was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Gate entry code was wrong when checking in the first night but Crystal was exceptionally responsive and got us the right code in minutes.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed for our trip. Great location, safe and quiet. Friendly neighbors. We could park right in front of the unit which was wonderful.

The checkin process was fine. The floors throughout were still very dirty though. We reached out to the property manager and a cleaning person came out quickly. The property is listed as tranquility however it is anything but that. The immediate next door neighbor literally threw a fiesta with mariachi music blasting from 1:30 AM to about 3:30 AM, extremely loud guests, banging on walls and doors, multiple vehicles, ect... My family (spouse and 3 young children) did not sleep for several hours because of this. The following morning, a number of the neighnors were throwing up in the grass area in front of the unit. This was totally unacceptable and honestly, we should be refunded for a day as it was a disaster of a night and it ruined our following day because everyone was exhausted. I would not recommend staying here.
