Stayed Jan 29, 2026Read the low-star reviews-our experience matched them!Good:•Quiet cul de sac location backing to a golf course with great mountain views.•The cart path is open to the public for walking, biking, and Nordic skiing in winter. •Convenient access to Beaver Creek Village and shopping/restaurants.•Primary bathroom was renovated, still DIY, but nicer than typical condo quality.•Kitchen was in decent shape and stocked with basics.•Bathrooms, including the older secondary one, were cleaned well.Bad:•Significantly overpriced for the condition.•Safety issues such as electric outlets with missing cover plates and cracked sharp tiles. •No curtains in the living room. Because the golf course path is right behind the house, and open to the public in the winter, there were people going by all day & in the dark before sunrise & after sunset, walking dogs etc. Very uncomfortable to be on display.•Poor maintenance throughout. radiators were askew, none of the closet doors worked properly, the floors and couches were dirty with pet hair.•Upstairs neighbors fed crows, attracting a lot of birds.•Front door lock failed on our second night. We slept with an unlocked door and received slow, dismissive communication from the host. He initially insisted the lock worked, only to experience the issue himself, and witnessed the missing screw we pointed out from the start. After replacing it, the lock worked perfectly, but we lost a day of vacation working around his schedule.

Stayed Jan 1, 2026The location of the house is beautiful, situated on the mountainside with a nice view. However, the overall condition of the property was disappointing. Cleanliness was not good, and the house felt very old, especially the kitchen. We paid 3,000 for a 4-night stay, and the value did not match the price. For example, the comforter in the wardrobe was stained, which was unacceptable.Additionally, the listing makes the property appear to be a standalone house, but it is actually a condo unit on the lowest floor.Unfortunately, based on our experience, this property does not deserve a 9-star rating.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025We came up from Denver for a family summer weekend in the mountains, and this place was perfect. The patio space really shines. It has a great view of the Eagle Vail golf course with the mountains behind. Minor complaint: It could use some additional creature comforts, such as plates, bowls, mugs, pot holders, and placemats. But we got by. It was fine.

Stayed May 18, 2025Easy access to the Vail region. Golf Course view and dog walking was superb... a trail right out the door. Comfortable and perfect for a Couple and two kids and their furry friend... Kitchen was adequate...kitchen supplies could be improved.

Stayed May 3, 2025Our family and I stayed here for a lacrosse tournament. It’s close to everything (Walmart and City Market are just down the street) and it has a nice patio and lawn where the kids were able to play. Thanks for the great stay!

Stayed Dec 26, 2024Our family of four and golden retriever had a great stay! The location was a very easy drive over to Elk Lot at Beaver Creek and the snowed over golf course was perfect for our kids and dog to play in the snow and sled. They have groomed paths for walking and there were a ton of dogs, so it was perfect!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024We had a good stay here until the boiler went out but Randy made the situation right and moved us. The location is beautiful. The unit itself needs some updates and the main thing is it needs curtains in the living room. Other than that the unit is great.

Stayed Sep 3, 2024Good spot for our family with a beautiful view of the golf course. Very busy with golfers and lots of locals with off leash dogs in the morning wandering around so just be aware with large windows and no covering :) No A/C or ceiling fans which I missed in the listing but it was mild weather for our stay overall so not a big deal. No kitchen basics like coffee, oil, etc. so make sure you purchase anything you need. Overall very clean and host was prompt with all communication!
