Stayed Dec 25, 2025For the first time ever my wife and I snuck away for a Christmas getaway, just the two of us. It was last minute and we were surprised to find this beautiful condo available. The place was just big enough for two (which we knew by the description). The quiet, well kept, exceptionally relaxing and peaceful place was everything we needed. The river flowing outback, a peaceful walking path out front down the main road. The condo itself was stocked with everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay we definitely recommend this for a couples get away.

Stayed Sep 4, 2025The studio condo was just the perfect size for me and my husband to have a place to stay. The property has easy access to the river and a great deck and outdoor area. The ONLY recommendation I would have is that there needs to be some sort of soap for the shower and a full roll of toilet paper provided. We arrived to a very small amount of toilet paper left in the roll and no soap/body wash so we made a quick trip to the store for those. Very minor issues compared to this being such a nice property. Thanks!

Stayed Jul 7, 2025We loved the little studio apartment! Clean, well supplied and close to everything in Townsend. A highlight for me was the morning stroll for iced coffee next door :)We also enjoyed sitting outside nightly watching the Little River run.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Bed and living area were very comfortable. The grounds and pool were in excellent condition. The view from the back deck and access to the river was beautiful.
