Cozy Riverfront Condo w/ Pool & Free Parking . 7 Miles to Broadway

Such a peaceful place to stay, no road noise, a beautiful view, andplenty of wildlife. Amenities were great and so were our host. If ever we return I would stay here in a heartbeat. I highly recommend

Host thought of EVERYTHING! Our group of 6 enjoyed our time here for CMA Fest ‘26. The location is perfect for Broadway and Nissan walking trips. About 20-25 minutes. Plenty of towels and extra pillows/blankets.

A wonderful condo within walking distance of downtown Nashville, Broadway Street, Country Music Hall of Fame and restaurants. Parking was great, no issues with the big suburban. Loved that there was a coffee pot, filters, and ground coffee-a nice touch. Enjoyed looking out at the Cumberland River each morning. No pets allowed, so perfect for allergic/asthmatic spouse.

Great location. Walked to Broadway and didnt have to deal with parking. Awesome view of the river. Wildlife at the river was very entertaining. Very comfortable and homey place. Had everything we needed. Best place we have stayed in Nashville

Parking was great. The kitchen had everything i needed Togo cook. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were Clem and will stocked.

The property was walking distance to downtown. Parking was fantastic. Only two issues with the property. No light to turn on in the second bedroom, you had to get to the closet to turn on a light. The main bedroom did not have any drawers to put your clothes in. The kitchen was wonderful and the view of the river was so lovely.

This was a very convenient spot for us and very clean. It worked well for what we wanted.

Location was good. We did end up driving everywhere we went, but that was our choice. Even with the constitution going on in the area it was quiet. The condo was excellent, clean, well stocked with essentials. Would definitely stay here again. We loved it!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. The hosts have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Location to downtown was walkable as listed. The ONLY thing worth a mention was we were on the second level. We could hear every single footstep in the unit above us. This is not the fault of the host, just how the building is constructed. Would stay again.

Liz and Mike were so easy to work with. They were very responsive to messages. The place is so cute and comfy. Everything we needed was in the place. Sitting on the deck and watching the river flow by was so relaxing. Close to downtown but far enough away so it wasn't noisy. Highly recommend!

This exceeded our expectations! Plenty of amenities available if we forget anything. Communication with the host was super easy and they answered any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here in the future!

The only complaint I’ve got is my own fault and we had hard laughs since checking with the door lock, I was was at the wrong unit. The condo is beautifully designed, decorated, and VERY clean. I’ll definitely be renting this condo again soon. The fireplace was turned on once to get the chill out it was nice to watch the flames, the view was outstanding, I give This place a A

Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath that worked great for our group of 4 visiting Nashville for the first time. Covered parking was a nice surprise. It was away from the busy downtown nightlife; walkable distance with a group. Nice view of the river! Apartment was very clean and well decorated! Relaxing after a busy day sightseeing.

This condo is so cute and was so clean! Very comfortable and an easy walk to broadway!

Our host was very responsive and helpful when we reached out. The decor was very fun and suited the Nashville feel.

Cozy!

We had a wonderful stay at this Nashville VRBO! The place was spotless, beautiful view of the river, and filled with thoughtful extras—shampoo, conditioner, body wash, pool towels, and even sunscreen. We really appreciated the free parking, which made it easy to rent a car and get around. The location was perfect, very close to the bars. The condo itself was fun and cozy, with tons of games available that made our downtime even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Nashville!

Clean, quaint, quiet and scenic. This was a wonderful first VRBO for my wife and I. Definitely sets a standard for us. Very good communication with the owner. I highly reccomend.

Accommodations were great. Balcony view of the river was nice. Close to downtown although we'd recommend taking an Uber back instead of walking at night.I'd recommend not applicable to the rating of the pool since we didn't use it so have no idea.

The condo was very clean with a beautiful view of the Cumberland river. Access was very easy as was checking out.The covered parking lot was nice also. Conveniently located near Broadway. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing time in Nashville and loved the condo and watching the barges/tug boats on the river from the balcony. The condo was very clean and spacious and was perfect for our family and my daughter enjoyed having her own space and bathroom too. :) The kitchen had everything we needed and the laundry facility was nice too. Was great to have a covered parking garage as well.I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville. Thank you!

What a wonderful find! The accommodations were fabulous. The view was beautiful and we were just a 5 minute Uber ride to anything you’d like to do! The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our trip which was great. We’ve put this on our “keeper” list for next time we’re in Nashville.

Beautiful, clean condo. Felt warm and welcoming. Lovely decor. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Great location and super easy Uber to Broadway. Relaxing on the balcony looking at the water is amazing. Host super attentive to requests and flexible with my date change. Definitely will recommend to others and want to go back ourselves!!

Everything was amazing. The unit was clean and stocked better than any place I’ve previously stayed. The decor was so Nashville and it was so comfortable. We definitely enjoyed the proximity to downtown!!

The property was exactly what we needed for our girl's weekend! Proximity to Broadway was great and grabbing an Uber was cheap and easy. We loved the walkability to the awesome restaurants/bars/Farmer's Market in Germantown area. Being right on the river made for some beautiful mornings with coffee. Beds were comfy and the place was clean and cozy! We all agreed we would stay here again and recommend to others!

Perfect spot, with covered parking. This condo is located on the 2nd floor of a complex that is close to Broadway. It is close enough to walk to Broadway during the day and uber back at night. The covered parking is a bonus to protect you from the weather. It has 2 full baths, the toiletries were there and their selection of bath towels were higher end, a nice added bonus! It came stocked with coffee and cream and the coffee machine worked well! Overall, great stay and the views of the river were an added bonus!

We had a party of 5, all of us celebrating milestone birthdays within a month of each other. Two of the girls flew in for the first night and check-in was no problem and instructions were clear. The rest of us arrived the following afternoon. There are some animals along the river that were super cute and entertaining. Location was close enough to Broadway that if it weren’t for the rain, we considered walking one night. Plenty of towels were available for everyone. We ate breakfast and lunch in the apartment all three days and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Overall we had a great experience. This property is close to Broadway, very clean, great view of the river (perfect for your morning coffee), and nice pool to relax before starting the day downtown.

Awesome stay that was close to everything. We got there early and the condo wasnt ready so the owner venmo'd us some money to spend on Broadway. Great communication and work by everybody involved with the process. Hope to stay again next year!

This condo was a cozy, peaceful place and just perfect for our vacation. Close enough to lower Broadway and then quiet enough in the early mornings by the river to enjoy another side of Nashvile!

Wonderful place to stay. Convenient to downtown Nashville. The condo is right on the Cumberland river. There was plenty of room for the five of us to stay. Will definitely book here again in the future.

Condo was perfect for our group of 6! It was a great place to start the day and come back to each night. Days would probably be fine to walk, but, nights I would suggest Lyft or Uber. Low cost for the downtown ride. Loved sitting on the balcony for coffee in the morning and the wind down at night! Decorated perfectly for the location.

Loved this property. Everything we needed for our stay in Nashville. The view was absolutely magnificent! Makeup mirrors in the bathroom were an added bonus for us ladies! Highly recommend.

Spent the weekend here during a concert at the stadium, was very clean and convenient location that was close enough to walk to stadium! Excellent host that was very responsive, would book again!

Unit was as pictured. Great views of the river and a short 20-25 minute walk to Broadway. Bed was comfortable and unit was stocked with amenities in the kitchen. However we only had 3 towels for the whole unit and one wash cloth for a 4 day stay. Unit could have been a little cleaner. A little more attention to dusting unit and cleanliness of floors. Bathrooms are a little small also. Would consider staying again.

Cute 2 bedroom condo w/ beautiful view of river( sunrise spectacular) plenty of room for a family of 4. Teenage Granddaughters enjoyed the pool. Very well stocked w/ dishes & essentials. Location was very safe, covered FREE parking a huge bonus. Owner very response to questions

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. All went smoothly. Uber/Lyft found the place easily. It was a wonderful stay and would go back there in a minute.

Property was cute little Nashville themed place. Perfect for what we needed, even had a few extras incase we forgot some things. Four of us came down for my daughters 21st Birthday. Short 7 block walk to broadway. Was perfect for what we needed.

We really enjoyed this nice and very clean condo. It had lots of spices and all the cooking ware we needed. The river view was really nice as one day during our stay it rained all day. The parking is excellent, with a very large covered area to park.

Weekend trip

Lovely apartment - as described. But as has been previously mentioned by other reviewers it is extremely noisy. 3 out of 4 nights we were woken between 2.30-3.30am by the people in the apartment above. They weren’t having a party but you can hear everything - every foot step, every word spoken, every bathroom visit. Everything. Ear plugs are provided to try and mitigate this.

We had a group of 6 women staying here for a 60th birthday party. The condo was as described and communication with the owners was excellent & simple. Beds were comfortable. We took a Lyft everywhere no problem. Pretty view of the river off the balcony. As described, there are about 15 stairs up to the 2nd floor to get to the condo, not a big deal. Felt safe in the area. I would love to see a 2nd lock on the front door, for comfort. Overall, great experience and would recommend :-)

We would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Very clean, beds were super comfortable (and that’s coming from a very picky person for sleeping), lots of room, view of the river was great and the place had everything you could want or need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Hosts communication and response was excellent! Some cons to consider. If you have no car, there isn’t really anywhere close or convenient to purchase reasonably priced groceries or just snacks. Getting an Uber was challenging some evenings as they would cancel on us or sit 5mins away for 10mins not moving. Although the 18-20min walk to Broadway was easy. This is the only reason I gave location 4 star vs 5.

It was everything and then some, there were 4 of us so more than enough room, construction was going on so we didn’t walk to Broadway and it was warm, lol. But is could be done only about 7 blocks. Condo as very nice would stay again.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The balcony was perfect for enjoying the view of the river. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t do any cooking but there were lots of spices if you chose too. Also coffee and some teas were provided. The river walk was a nice way to walk to downtown (about 1 mile to Broadway St.) However we were advised not to walk it at night so chose to do Lyft to get back after dark. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo had everything we needed and was in a convenient location. The river view is a plus. Easy check in upon arrival and no problems. You can hear the people walking above you quite clearly. It was bothersome once or twice but that is out of the host’s control. Great beds, that is alwaysomething I appreciate.

Great weekend getaway to Nashville. Decent sized two bedroom, and clean. Kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need. Bathrooms could use updating, but other than that, a nice place to stay.

The unit was very clean and well equipped. The owner were very quick with responding to questions. I highly recommend this VRBO and would book it again.

Family group of 5 stayed here in September. The weather was perfect. The beds are super comfortable. Plenty of spaces for free parking. Nice sitting out on the balcony in the morning with your coffee watching the boats go by. Nashville has a ton of new construction going on but the condo is well insulated for quiet sleeping. Would maybe recommend a second TV in one of the bedrooms. But overall a great stay and would stay here again. 5 Stars!

We had a great stay! The OLY downside is it was a bit of a distance for us to get to Broadway. There were scooters, sometimes, that would allow us to not have to get another Uber. It was sooooo bad of a walk, just we had 4 days of the rain and it was a bit much. The view was great! Provided a constant changing of scenery! …the groundhogs were entertaining! We did travel with a very large group, so this was an excellent place for our group to stay, but the next trip will just be the 2 of us and we may stay closer to Broadway.
