Cozy Retreat, Hot tub, Wireless,Close to Kezar Lake, abuts White Mountains

Fireplace isn't functional and hot tub was half full of water so also not very functional. Lots of space and pet friendly which was nice. Mattresses are VERY firm and the sleeps 8 includes an old futon in the living room for two. Would recommend bringing 6 people only as it was very uncomfortable. 30-40 min drive to North Conway and civilization. Is a decent deal until you add in the $300 in fees and then averaged to $300/night. Two parking spaces was nice. Lots of pots and pans.

Host was very responsive and informative.

We had a wonderful time. It was a nice and quiet stay. We spent 2 days enjoying the trails in nearby Stoneham. Can’t wait to go back

I wasnt aware that the home was part of a development. I guess I should have read the post more carefully. I wasnt looking to have neighbors that close. That being said, the property was clean and well maintained. The host was responsive to my requests and very friendly. I met some of the neighbors snd they were very nice. They tried to help me with some issues.

The location was quiet and gorgeous in the winter. The drive to Bethel was about a half hour drive along some gorgeous lakes. The jacuzzi was the star for me—stayed warm our entire stay. Outfitted with everything we needed for a couple weeks. We had a couple questions that were answered almost instantly.

We had a very nice stay at Deb's property. It was clean and comfortable, and we were able to cook our meals there. The area is remote, which is exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed hiking and snowshoeing in the area, and using the hottub after outdoor activites. Thank you, Deb for sharing your home with us.

The house was as we expected. For the price it fit a lot of people and had a good functional kitchen for us to use. We were close to a lot of nice hiking and having the inn close by felt nice in case we had any questions or needs. Owner communicated clearly and quickly for anything that came up. A few things were outdated or could be cleaner but again good for the price! Thanks!

This place is the perfect place if you are looking for peace, quiet, relaxing vacation and a beautiful scenery. The host was very fast responding. she made sure that we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay.

Clean, comfortable, all the necessities - plus a hot tub! Close to Ebenezer’s (our primary purpose for visiting), clear & helpful check-in, check-out, property, & driving instructions (WiFi is great once you get there, but be prepared for rural phone/5G - the hosts equip you well with instructions, do take them along). We had a couple of short hikes around the property and could have done many more given more time. Great spot - would definitely stay again!

We loved exploring the abandoned ski mountain and old lodge from Evergreen Valley. It added a level of excitement to our stay. We went to Maine to ski at Sunday River. It was about 45 minutes, which was kind of far, but worth it because the property was really cool. It's dated, which we did not mind at all.

No complaints about this home. Hot tub was a big highlight for us, and a great way to recover from a couple of days on the slopes!

This sweet and cozy place was our home away from home! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen has everything you'd need to cook in, shower has excellent water pressure, hosts are attentive if there are any issues or questions. We truly relaxed when we would get back from a daily adventures. The back deck was facing a beautiful wooded area with a path that you can walk and find cool pic opportunities (cool mushrooms, colorful moss, white birches. We even saw a black and white woodpecker! Autumn was in full swing and the colors were illuminated! We will be back! Thank you for the incredible memories ??

This place is set up for a great hunting four wheeling camping Style vacation. It was a little out of the way for us but we had a wonderful interaction with the owners and have nothing negative to say about their willingness to solve some concerns we had so the remainder of our say was calm and peaceful.
