The Salty Seahorse at The Victorian includes an oversized, 1st floor balcony overlooking the pool with great Gulf and Babe's Beach views. The Victorian is a Galveston icon and is conveniently located to all that Galveston has to offer.
Property Amenities: two pools (one heated year round); lighted tennis court, hot tub area, garden courtyard, meeting and event space, barbecue & picnic pavilions, fitness room, 24-hour security and fully fenced property. Laundry room is conveniently located a few doors down from this unit; machines are set up for credit cards. At The Victorian, there are two elevators per building. The largest elevator is located at the back of the building. This Unit is located on the first floor of Building 9; however, the ground floor at The Victorian is actually the covered parking area. This Unit is on the first floor, meaning 'up one set of stairs.' There are issues with the elevators at times, as with most beach properties, so first floor is highly sought after!

The Galveston Trolley is a great way to get around Galveston (Seawall-Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn-The Strand) for just $1! https://www.galvestontrolley.com/ The closest Trolley stop is at 61st and Seawall which is a very short walk from the Victorian.
This is a family-friendly rental and parties are not allowed. As stated elsewhere, no pets allowed per property rules and smoking is not allowed in units or in the pool or hot tub areas; only allowed in specifically designated areas around the property.
Guests must check-in at front desk. Upon Front Desk check-in, guests are required to pay a $35 resort fee for amenities and parking. This fee is per stay, not per day and includes up to six registered guests and two vehicles. Guests will be provided with parking pass(es), amenity wristbands (use of pool, hot tub area, etc.), and access codes (for gates, pools, hot tub and wifi).
Ben was a great host. Communication ahead of our stay made our visit go really smooth. The property was exactly as described.
Close to the beach and center. Right next to Walmart so you can literally walk to do shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much!!!
This condo was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and stocked with all kinds of extras for the beach! A working kitchen was a huge plus as well because we were able to cook meals in the condo all week instead of going out all the time. The only down side was horrible cell service inside the condo. Had to go down to the end of the hall to make a phone call and couldn’t receive calls if we were inside. That’s not the owners’ fault though so honestly no big deal at all. If anything it was nice to be out of contact for the week. Overall our stay was pretty wonderful!
Condo was lovely and peaceful. Enjoyed the facilities offered and the security of the locked gates. We could see the ocean from the balcony and how everyone was having fun in the pool. Accommodations were comfortable and well supplied. We had a wonderful, restful time.
Our time was absolutely amazing. There were so many things that we could use at the beach available to us in the closet. The porch was incredible and right by the pool. Everything was clean and comfortable. I couldn’t of asked for anything better.
The place was very clean and easy to get in and out of. Ben was super quick to respond to any questions I had and very helpful and eager to give me ideas on where to eat as our flight got in late. Would definitely recommend to anyone stay in the Galveston area! Thank you for the great stay!
