Stayed Oct 23, 2025This property was in a perfect location! There were so many attractions and things to do within 20-30 mins of the condo. The pool area was nice and clean. The condo had everything we needed.

Stayed Dec 25, 2024This was an excellent stay. All went superbly well. We will certainly consider this condo the next time! Only two points to note: the blocked drain of the bath was very quickly fixed (well done) and there were some suspect black spots around door rim of washing machine.

Stayed Nov 14, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Family Friendly Condo in Phoenix Biltmore. It was extremely clean and comfortable and exactly as described. It was close to the airport, shopping, restaurants, golf courses and freeways to take you to other places such as Sedona. Would highly recommend staying at this condo.

Stayed Apr 5, 2024We had 4 adults staying and our fight and two friends( that go to GCU) joined us for dinner. We grilled by the pool and had a wonderful time. The home was very clean and comfy. Would definitely rent again.
