Cozy Pet-Friendly Cabin with Wood-Burning Fireplace, Close to Canyon Lodge

Good value for the money. Family of 5 plus golden retriever were comfy. Was able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner thanks to a great kitchen. Place comes across dated at first but once you settle you realize it’s perfect. Good views, ton of firewood and wood burning stove. Turn key

The condo is perfect for cost effective stay. The condo is clean, comfortable and worked for us overall. My recommendation for anyone renting this condo in the future is to bring your own skillet, cutting board and any other cooking utensils or supplies. I do cook and having only one skillet made it a challenge, however I made due with what we had available. But, I do recommend others take this into consideration and come prepared. Overall, our stay was great and our teenagers enjoyed the jacuzzi and club house. No major complaints.

Beds need to be upgraded as they were all concave through the middle and very uncomfortable. Location is not great, closest shuttle stop is not walkable.

The stay was great! We found the proximity to the area very accommodating and enjoyed the evening rec center. Will definitely book this space again!

The entire carpet was stained throughout and disgusting. Two of the stove burners did not work. The bathroom vanity light could not be used based on a huge high pitched noise - same with the bathroom fan. Knobs were broken or missing. The place is worn out and should not be rented out and the pictures are deceiving. Management should not have placed this unit on the renral market.

The communication and timely responses by Mammoth mountain reservations was outstanding. We mistakenly got locked out and someone came to let us in within 5-10 minutes.The unit was perfect for our family. Clean, updated and close to the mountain.

We felt very comfortable staying in this unit. My kids felt right at home, especially with the large collection of books!

The refrigerator was not properly cooling, and when we arrived we noticed that the door would not completely shut (seems like the magnet on the door was worn out. Some of the knobs in the kitchen would come off the cabinets. There was a booger on the comforter in the queen bedroom. I was given the wrong keys when checking in so I had to wait about an 45 minutes to be brought the correct keys. Considering these issues I should’ve been more dissatisfied, but the mountain doesn’t let me feel down.

The furniture and amenities are quite dated, but the location is very close to Canyon Lodge making it easy to access the lifts. The fireplace with plenty of firewood is a nice touch for those cold winter nights. The heaters worked well.

The accommodations are always very nice. This time was not any different. Much appreciated.
