Cozy one-bedroom condo overlooking the Deschutes

We absolutely loved our stay! This VRBO is perfect! Clean, comfortable, and an amazing location, We wished we could have stayed longer! We will be back.

We had high hopes for this place with its lovely location on the DeSchutes River. Sadly, we couldn’t have been more disappointed with our stay. We arrived after a long day of travel and sight seeing to a dirty condo and no after hours assistance. We were only booked for one night and were tired when we arrived. For over 300 a night, I did not expect to have to clean the condo myself before we could settle in. My husband had to unclog a shower drain for my son to bathe, floors were dirty, couch was dirty, kitchen counters were sticky with some red substance, bathroom counter had toothpaste residue, toilet had fecal stains, other bathroom shower drain was loose and cover came off during my shower, hot water was nearly non existent, beds were hard and although I was offered an apology, I was offered no financial compensation. I don’t have to have fancy, but I do expect a certain expectation of cleanliness. I am hopeful I can be compensated for such an awful experience.

Better than expected! The bedroom plus Murphy bed in the living room is fabulous. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful view of the river and walkable to downtown!

Great location with quick bike/walking access to so many things!

The location of this property is ideal. It is just a few blocks from Old Bend with access to the Deschutes River Trail. Having coffee on the porch looking over the river is a perfect start to the day. I feel the room could be updated a bit as pictures look a little nicer/newer. Attention to cleanliness and having enough bedding for the hide-a-bed would have been nice. However, the kitchen was well stocked. With that being said, I would stay here again!

fabulous location and a comfy place to rest your head

I didn’t expect exactly what we saw at the unit - it’s a converted hotel space of 2 adjoining rooms. The beds were comfortable, water pressure is good, items were just old/worn down. Beautiful view out the deck, and great location to downtown. Only complaint is that we did not get check in info until well after check in time (at 6:30p), and only because I messaged to ask for it. Generally speaking, don’t expect anything fancy, but the place is clean and comfortable.

This location was very convenient and beautiful. The property is well maintained and the park next door is also well cared for. Only a couple of small issues - 1 there was trash left in the hall all weekend. I am not sure if the cleaning crew just forgot it or what. The couch seems a bit dirty. There needs to be some sort of hooks in the bathrooms to hang clothing while showing. Overall a great stay - would book again.
