Cozy, Ocean Front Condo NEW Pickleball Courts

We had a great stay! We were visiting for a wedding at Pajaro, and the condo was in walking distance to all the events. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Check-in was easy at the gate, and the staff at Pajaro was very friendly. Highly recommend!

The beds were so comfy and the cozy condo has great access to the beach, and ocen view.

We had a great experience. The home is spacious and clean. It was great being steps away from the beach. The beds are ver comfortable (lots of stars for that). Showers have great pressure. Well stocked with boardgames, pots, pans, utensils. It was a little chilly so the fireplace was a plus. It be great to have extra blankets. It is gated so you feel safe. There is a pond with ducks that you can feed (buy food at security building). We enjoyed it so much, we hope to return. Thank you for opening your home to our family.

A great condo right next to the beach! It was super comfy and clean. Parking was easy and it's a gated property with 24/7 security. Very happy with our stay!

Sweet place, right on the ocean.

Very responsive host. We thought the place was very clean and organized with everything we needed for a perfect beach weekend. I liked how the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and supplies.

Condo was well provisioned with everything we needed. We had a great relaxing time playing games and walking out to the beach. There is not a great view of the water from the window but the sea grasses are beautiful and you are only 20ish feet from the exit to the beach. It was a great place to stay.

Loved this spot. The house was very clean and cozy and the beach that you have direct access to is wonderful. It was also surprisingly quiet for having close neighbors which was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Perfect weekend getaway. The unit is clean, comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen, which is great because we like to cook. Everything worked as expected. We enjoyed hearing the ocean, the electric fireplace and walking the beach. The host was responsive and helpful. Would stay there again.

Absolutely fabulous. Especially being ocean-front. Unlike most VRBO's the beds were super comfortable. We had no problems at all. Highly recommend.

Beautiful ocean view that was right off the beach. It was like home away from home with the amenities. The condo was clean with no issues and had a lovely welcome binder with a lot of helpful information for the area. We had a slight issue with WiFi, but when contacting the host, they responded quickly and helped get the matter figured out. The staff was friendly and super helpful, Larry was great!

The condo was clean and very well stocked, the proximity and access to the beach can't be beat. Other than the living room furnishings being a little worn down all in all it suited us fine. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything that you would need to cook at home and the bathrooms were nicely updated. I recommend this rental.

The check-in information was given via an email ahead of time and it was the most smooth easy-going check-in we’ve ever had.The kitchen facilities were wonderful. Everything we could’ve possibly imagined was there. There was a little back deck that we had our morning coffee on. We were one door away from the entrance to the beach.We had never been to the area before, so I asked a lot of questions and they were very timely on getting back to me with very good information. I would highly highly recommend using them.We are even planning our return trip already.

Our second stay at this incredible Shorebird building exceeded all expectations! From the swift 15-second check-in at the security gate to the instant embrace of our stunning home, everything was a dream. The beautifully landscaped paths leading up to our door, navigated effortlessly with the help of those generous carts, built anticipation for the breathtaking view awaiting us inside. This wasn't just a rental; it was a home providing everything needed for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay, with the in-unit washer and dryer proving particularly invaluable. We reveled in having access to countless attractions both north and south, but the ultimate joy was sinking toes into the pristine sands of the wildlife refuge beach, where endless space and tranquility were our companions. This truly is a hidden gem! 5 stars – we're already counting down the days until next year!

Quiet- comfortable- restful- beautiful! It was exactly what we needed, property was clean and very quiet! Beach is so close we walked it every day morning and afternoon! Sunsets were beautiful from the window in the condo! I would definitely go back!

The property was in good condition and had everything we needed. We didn't need to put our shoes on once the entire time we were there. We enjoyed our time in this beach condo.

This beautiful condo was a great place to enjoy Santa Cruz and Monterey. All the comforts of home, and very comfortable. We would definitely rent again!

We enjoyed the location, halfway between Santa Cruz and Monterey. The beach is literally steps away from the house. We enjoyed walks, birdwatching, and flying kites. The house was clean and maintained. The kitchen was nicely stalked, making it easy to cook our own meals. We felt safe. The complex was quiet. We recommend this home!

We stayed at this unit before but as we are older we noticed how difficult it was for us with no grab bars by toilet or shower. The step into the shower was dangerous for without a grab bar.

Everything great but could not figure out tv in bedrooms

Nice location

Welcoming, nicely furnished and well stocked kitchen with lots of pots and pans and cooking utensils. We brought everything we needed for planned meals, including cooking oil and seasonings, but all was available if needed. Slept great, as bedding was cozy and comfortable. Access to the beach is just a few steps away.

Ann Marie was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful time. Saw whales sea lions seals and dolphins. The weather was beautiful. We will be back again.

Very nicely updated Condo! Very well stocked, from kitchen to outside gear, wanted for nothing... except fixed stairs to the beach, there was some hopping involved.

The views were excellent. The condo was perfect for our stay and relaxing. All cooking needs were supplied. The vegetation was beautiful. Very nice place to stay.

This condo is so comfortable and inviting. Love the location, it’s quiet, clean and peaceful. We watched the gorgeous ocean sunsets, which included a pod of dolphins putting on a show. We also indulged in Morning beach walks with lots of sea shells.
