Cozy No Steps Modern Condo at Fall Creek Marina close to all Branson activities

The condo was very nice, had all of the amenities we needed. Had contacted the owners and they were very responsive. I would definitely re book this property.

We booked this stay to extend our Christmas holiday and what better place to do that but Branson! We've stayed in Branson during the Christmas season and it never crossed my mind to ask if there would be a Christmas tree or decor in our condo on Christmas Day. I wish I would have. Not a single Christmas light on the property. It was very disappointing. Then to find old dried food where the pots and pans are stored and cob webs under the cabinets we didn't feel comfortable using the kitchen equipment again. Instead of a sofa bed there was a note under the couch cushions blaming past guest complaints about the sofa bed as for the reason it wasn't replaced and instead use a blow up mattress. The 2 queen mattresses are terribly worn and uncomfortable and I suggest bringing your own iron because the one that is provided is full of rust. The only reason I gave this place a 5 is because I was told in 3 different instances to give a 5 unless it's basically unlivable and that I would be graded also. I'm pretty picky and understand that this may not bother some, but it's only fair for a renter to have all the information. I really still can't believe there wasn't a single Christmas decoration.

Loved our stay at this condo. It didn't disappoint. It was clean, had spacious bedrooms, close proximity to get on the strip and was ground floor level which was perfect for my handicapped step-dad.

The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We arrived early, contacted the host and was allowed to check in early. Will 100% consider staying here again.

A great place, clean and very easy acess to bnb no steps or stairs. Nice little area out back. Perfect for a overnight stay.

Very Clean and Modern

It was a very nice, clean place. It slept the 5 of us adults comfortably. But it only had one couch in the living room so we weren’t able to come back after a long day in Branson to put our feet up to relax and visit.

This place was very clean. We brought my mom with us and her room was easily accessible to her. Showers and toilet had safety bars. The unit was a walk-in with no stairs or steps. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great place, clean and organized

This location is affordable for a bigger family. It is nice and clean and in a good location. This is our second stay here. We will probably be back again when we visit Branson from now on.

Very nice property and condo. Had a few issues but Justin addressed them immediately. We had a great stay here and in Branson.

Property was clean. Checkin was very easy. Condo is difficult to find even with GPS. Got a call after driving all day to inform us the fold out couch was unusable, which left.no place to sit except at dining table.

The condo was very nice & perfect for our stay. It was far enough from the noise & hustle but close enough to the strip that we didn't feel disconnected from the festivities! The keyless entry was a little difficult at first but I figured it out (I am electronically challenged & it is an electronic lock! It was ME not the lock!) & the oven took FOREVER to heat the lasagna, but we were visiting & enjoying the visit while it heated up, so it really wasn't a big deal. It was a great place & perfect for our needs! I highly recommend! The owner was quick to respond anytime I messaged him! I would definitely stay again!

Justin was a breeze to chat with when needed. Very prompt on answering messages. Unit was very clean and cute. Just what we needed for a one night easy stay. Only very small thing I want to note. The parking spots aren't the best. When we arrived back after 10pm there were no spots to park. So when we wanted to load up in the morning we had to just park out front in front of vehicles and load up. Kinda hard with lots of luggage and four small kids haha. But other then that little hiccup it was wonderful!!

The Sistors (four) travel together every year for the last 30 years. This was a beautiful setting and easy to get to Branson Main Street. We really enjoyed the condo. We even had oatmeal left for us. We had a toaster, coffee pot (coffee and filters were provided and blender.

Love Branson. Plenty enough room. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time! The unit itself was a little hard to find the first time since we arrived in the dark but we had no issues with location after that. The unit is conveniently located and we never had to drive more than 15 minutes to get anywhere. Any questions or issues we had while staying her was quickly resolved by Justin who was very responsive whenever we needed anything. I definitely recommend staying here if you want a clean, safe place to stay!

This property is maintained exceptionally and our family had a great time here! One family member is in an electric wheelchair and had zero problems at this condo. She was able to maneuver easily and access all spaces. Thank you, Justin, for all of your help in preparing for this trip. We had a great weekend!
