WHAT TO DO:

When it's COLD...
• Strap on your boots, grab your gear and walk across the street to the Snowflake Lift for a fun day of skiing and riding. Fun fact: did you know that the highest chairlift in North America is Breckenridge's Imperial Chair
• You can make your way to the highest chairlift in North America, the Imperial Chair, and ski down 3 1/2 miles back to this condo for lunch, or at the end of the day to soak those tired legs in the hot tubs in the complex.
• Kick the season off at the annual tree lighting and race of the Santa's. Check out Breckenridge's annual International Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Or celebrate the Norse god of Snow at Ullr fest. Ride up the slopes of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses for a unique dinner experience.
• Enjoy April's month long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.

When it's WARM...
• Walk across the street and take a leisurely hike to the 4 O'Clock reservoir. You could also venture out and conquer Quandary Peak, a notorious 14er just South of Breckenridge. Grab your Mountain Bike or rent one at one of the several retailers in town and explore the miles of terrain on the east and west sides of town.
• Rent an E-Bike and cruise the town or ride the 9 mile bike path to Frisco.
• Go shopping in downtown Breckenridge and enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants in town then venture over to the south side of town and check out the famed Issac the Troll.
• Ride the Gondola up to Peak 8 and go play at Epic Discovery.
• Attend a National Repertory Orchestra concert at the River Walk Center
• ...AND SO MUCH MORE!

We liked that the property had everything that we needed for our stay. The kitchen was nice and spacious. The fireplace was very cozy and we always had hot water. Also it was in walking distance to everything. The things that were not so pleasant was our neighbors upstairs you could hear everything and people who didn’t have a parking pass would park in our parking. So you would have no where to park at times. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay.

Location was great with easy ski in/out. Condo was clean and kitchen well stocked with cookware, etc. The condo was clean but needs some updating and maintenance, like replacing broken window blinds and fixing thermostats so the heat can be adjusted.

Let me start by saying the unit was clean and the location was ideal for 2 days of skiing. But, since I took the heat for all issues, I feel the need to comment on the following:1. Access - It is almost 2026 and you made me stop by the office downtown to pick up keys? Install a digital door lock or at least use the key lock box that was already installed next to the front door.2. Onsite Information - The initial access information provided had an incorrect WiFi password (missing caps, figured out myself) and an incorrect hot tub access code (updated info was provided when I called).3. Refrigerator - The freezer section was as loud as a gas generator whenever it was running. The mgmt company was quick to send a guy out when I called - but it was never fixed.4. Blinds - The blinds were shredded creating a privacy issue. (see picture) 5. TVs/Entertainment - No TV in one of the bedrooms, the TV in the Master bedroom was smaller than the screen on my laptop (see picture). Futhermore the access box in the Master was called a Wally and it was worthless.I don't expect all rooms to have cable access but I would recommend the following at a minimum:- Have a TV in all rooms. They should be the same make but different sizes.- The TVs should be smart. If not, have matching access boxes connected to all TVs (i.e. Roku) This will allow the renters to use standard apps consistently throughout the unit.- Hang the living room TV (minimum 65) above the fireplace.

This property was in an excellent location. However, the condo itself lacked basic things like drinking classes, oven mitts, cookie sheets and baking pans. The property manager was very responsive in getting us these items. The bathroom sink would not drain, which the property manager did not address. The blinds were 1/2 broken, and there were disgusting items under one of the beds.

Good: Great location, good value, good layout, ski in, close to downtown, management is excellent with great communication Needs Improvement: Advertised as 2.5 baths but one room only has a sink in it (really is 2.25 baths), Beds are not that comfortable, Decor, carpet, appliances are outdated, baths need to be redone with new caulk and remove any old moldy caulk. I'd like to buy this unit, update the decor, colors, appliances and take out the carpet and install some great luxury vinyl planking so guests do not have to worry as well as helping to keep clean. I'd add a little bigger TV for the living room size and add very comfortable beds. I'd also try and find a way to add a toilet in the 2nd bedroom so I can really say 2.5 baths. Overall, I would recommend this unit and give this unit 4/5 stars despite some improvement areas!

The condo was a in a perfect location across from the Snowflake lift and next to the 4 O'clock run - so truly ski-in and ski-out. The condo was clean and fully functional and we enjoyed our stay. However, I would mention three minor issues: 1) the 1/2 bath is really a 1/4 bath and was a sink in the 3rd bedroom (the listing should be adjusted and our expectation was it would have a third commode), 2) the heat was not controllable - hot during the day and seemed to shut off at night, 3) insufficient toiletries/trash bags (e.g., shampoo, etc.) with no shampoo in the master BR and only one small soap bar for the other bath and sink and only a couple of trash bags for our 6 day/5 night stay. Glad we stayed and had a great vacay at Breck.

Great location next to Snowflake lift. Although a bit dated, the unit was clean and functional.

This condo was perfectly located so close to the snowflake lift line and easy to ski back to (no poling!). I would highly recommend installation of combo locks of some kind to avoid the check -in process at the office and need for actual keys. Especially for a larger group would be hard to manage with just 2 keys. That said the unit was as advertised. Lots of space and clean. Needs updating but was aware of that given the listing.

Property not maintained well. Bedding smelled funny so we had to use our own stuff, fridge was turned off and smelled horrible, shower didn't work properly, nail strip for carpet exposed going in to bathroom exposed and stepped on it multiple times.

Although the unit is well located it needs to be refurbished. the unit right below has the same area but the spaces are nicer. This one looks a old and has several issues to be fixed.
