Cozy Modern 2BR Retreat ATX Downtown, Mins away to Prime Locations Airport

Everything the host has control of was great. The only negative I would say is that it is on the second story, so not ideal for small kids. Neighbors got upset with us at one point.

We had an amazing stay at Brandon’s place in Austin! From start to finish, communication was excellent — Brandon was quick to respond and made everything super easy. The property’s location couldn’t be better — only about 10 minutes from just about everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood felt safe and convenient, and the home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Austin. Highly recommend!

Lovely, clean, lots of parking spots available, all as advertised. We love it when there's no bad surprise!

There are no TV’s in the apartment, the location is ghetto and there’s roaches in the bathrooms.

We came in from Dallas for our daughter’s college graduation. The size of the unit was perfect, 2 bedroom/2 bath. The only critique I would have is offering more towels and to have wash cloths available.

The host was responsive and the check in/out process was simple. Nice, clean apartment with comfortable beds. The kitchen needs a few essentials such as hot pads and kitchen towels. We would have liked a couple more bath and hand towels, also. Our stay enjoyable.

The apartment was updated and super clean. Great location for the track and if you're coming from the north, there is a toll road allowing you to bypass the Austin traffic.

Needed a place to stay the night while in town for the Hans Zimmer concert and this place was nice and cozy. Our host, Brandon, was great with communication and accommodated us really well, even allowing us to check in early to help us prepare for our event. Nice place, would recommend. This property was great for our short trip to Austin. It was very clean and the location was ideal for trips into the downtown and surrounding areas.The one comment I would make is that the gps location differs from the physical location. If you click on the “get directions” button your map will take you to the neighboring gated community. Instead you need to copy/paste the actual address from the managers check-in notes. Other than that this place was perfect for us!

Property clean, well appointed. Good proximity to airport. If you’re hungry, walk a couple blocks to the taco stand around the corner.

The condo was great and easily accessible to everything in Austin. Would definitely recommend!

Condo was in a nice quiet community with easy access to UT football stadium. We only stayed overnight but the rental was perfect for our quick overnight trip. Place was clean and worked well for two couples with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms split layout.

My sister and I were in Austin for a long weekend. This property served our needs well. It was clean and communication with the host was efficient. It was an easy drive wherever we wanted to go.

It was nice and simple to get in. the place was clean and had all the extra Essentials!

Great location for experiencing everything around Soco, Downtown, and East Austin.
