Cozy large studio condo.

Everything was great. Cozy apartment in the middle of town, very close to the ski resort. Only complaint would be the worn out mattress.

Great location, clean, easy

Only one block from bus stop to ski area, and within two to four blocks are multiple restaurants and bars. Some furniture outdated, but comfy bed and couch, and the place was very clean. Walk out thru the slider to a patio, and the river/creek is within 50 feet. Would stay here again for sure.

This was a lovely spot where we were able to walk around and relax after a hard day of skiing! It had a full kitchen and Thomas encouraged us to feel at home. He had everything we needed in the flat. Given the opportunity I would absolutely go back! Also, loved the hot tub!!!!

Nice place but a bit dated. It was fine for a few days stay and close to food etc. Very quiet, peaceful setting.

The property manager was great he was very responsive and even proactive, he answered my questions before I even asked them. Really nice guy. The condo was clean, wifi worked perfectly allowing me to get some work done effectively. We didn't watch much TV, but the channels we normally watch were available. Swimming pool and hot tub were great, clubhouse was well maintained. Perfect place to stay for a snowboard trip, we loved it!!

Good size for a studio. Well equipped. Close to town.

It was as expected

This property is in need of a deep clean and some TLC. It was hard to enjoy our stay with dirty floors, grease splatter on the wall behind the oven and beside the fridge, and the rim of the toilet bowl was not wiped down. The comforter and blankets need to be replaced as do the throw cushions on the couch. We are tent campers so we are not very difficult to please, but we would not stay here again and we would not recommend it to family or friends.

Thomas was fantastic and very accommodating. He allowed us to check in early and check out late to match our train schedule. The condo was close enough to everything to be convenient, yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The river was right outside the back door. We’re already hoping to come back next year and would love to stay here again. No complaints at all!

Great property in great location

The property is in a great location—being right next to the river was definitely a highlight—and it was fairly clean overall. The host was responsive and communicated promptly, which we appreciated.However, there was an issue with the pool key being switched with an incorrect key before we arrived , and as a result, we couldn’t access the pool house or laundry facilities during our stay. The host asked us to try locating a backup key, but when that didn’t work out, there wasn’t much effort made to resolve the issue further. It was disappointing, especially since those amenities were part of why we chose this rental.With more follow-through on resolving problems, this could easily be a 5-star experience.

Great place for my ski trip with my two sons. Had everything we needed for our stay. Quick drive to Winter Park Resort. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs after each day of skiing.

This was a Christmas gift for our kids to enjoy a ski trip with friends during spring break. It was perfect for them.

Had a great time at Winter Park and in this unit. Thomas was great to work with and he even gave us a call when we arrived making sure we had everything we needed. Bus system was a plus and walks to downtown were fun too. We plan on staying here again in the future.

This place is perfect, I could not have asked for a better stay or host. If you’re thinking about Winter Park I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Thomas' condo. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Super close to town and even walking distance to some restaurants

Nothing fancy and some of the furnishings are a little dated. But it was fine for two skiers with the Lift Shuttle to Winter Park ski lifts nearby.

Loved it was 10 mins from Fraser and from the ski resort. Everything was easy to get to and it was so pretty. Only complaint is the bed wasn’t soft lol.

Really enjoyed our stay.
