Stayed Jun 13, 2026The condo was absolutely wonderful. The place was very clean and nicely decorated, and the recliners were a major bonus! The views were lovely. Chris was a great host, with good communication. Being able to bring our fur baby made this stay perfect.

Stayed Jun 3, 2026Our host, Chris was great! He was courteous and all our communication was in a timely and professional manner. The lake view was nice. The ice maker that made nugget / Sonic ice was a plus ! The property overall was a little outdated, but clean and suited our lake-life needs. Definitely better than camping or glamping with the mosquities and varmits ! We enjoyed our stay. Thank you kindly! Sheila and Randy - Texas.

Stayed Apr 26, 2026We enjoy coming to Hot Springs. This condo has a nice view of the lake and the convenient location made it nice to get to the areas of interest. Would consider staying here again.

Stayed Oct 12, 2025We stayed in this unit for 2 months while out home was being repaired from a flood. Chris was very responsive to our needs and allowed us to check in early due to a deadline to be out of our previous condo. He also worked with us on several extensions. The condo was comfortable and roomy for a 2BR/2BA. Spacious living area and NO STEPS. Lake views are even better than the picture shows. We spent a lot of time on the patio. Unit is older but updated. There are a few minor cosmetic updates still to be done (light switches and outlets. Complex location is 2nd to none. Close to shopping and restaurants. Pool and pickleball court is just across the driveway.
