Cozy lake condo, 5 minutes from Oaklawn Casino

Very nice condo with great view of water. Inside was very comfortable and clean. Nice surprise with complimentary beverages and snacks. Great communication with owner with no surprises. Highly recommended.

The place was super clean! It was a great place to stay and I loved the view of the place hopefully I will be able to stay at the location next month. I do a get away every month on the first so I will try and schedule this place again!

Are stay was great. Condo was smaller that expected, but was fine for the two of us. The view was excellent. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Check in went flawless, other than my GPS taking us to the wrong place at first. The stay was great.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Waking up to that view and sitting on the balcony was soothing to our souls. Its location was great for a home base running around in Hot Springs. All of your family and friend’s pics made us feel like we were visiting a friend. Thanks for having us!

This was our second stay at Ken's condo on Lake Hamilton. Always lovely, awesome view and Ken makes us feel right at home.

The location on the lake was relaxing. The view from the deck was beautiful. Super convenient to oak lawn horse racing. The host was very friendly and attentive to questions. We would stay there again!

The host was welcoming. We have stayed at the condo several times and enjoyed it. Good location and view. Some of the furniture is beginning to show some wear but is still comfortable and nice.

This location was beautiful. Wake up overlooking beautiful lake hamilton sunrise. Coffee on the balcony is relaxing. I would love to purchase a location like this for a get away. Our host was fantastic and our expectations were beyond met.

Place is very nice! This is the 3rd year we stayed in this condo! Not the same one! My error I thought I was getting a king size bed!! But still loves the place!!

Ken is a great host. Condo is just as described. Ken makes sure after arrival you don't need to run right to the store ... supplying cold beverages and coffee! The location is on a beautiful, quiet area of Lake Hamilton while also being in a super convenient location, close to everything you might need or want.

Would definitely recommend! Facility was clean, communication was top notch, great place for a getaway!!

This was just what we needed. Cozy 1 bedroom, top floor unit, with Eastern view of beautiful Lake Hamilton. Wonderful on site pool and easy access for your paddleboard or kayak.

The view was incredible! Comfy couch and bed and the pool was an amazing bonus.

We wanted a relaxing trip for our anniversary and it was also my husband's birthday! The host was so kind and got a cookie cake for our anniversary and a bday balloon and had pop and fresh eggs in the fridge for us. We had a little difficulty figuring out which condo it was but we found it after figuring out the layout. Host was very responsive and it was perfect for us! Will be coming back!

I didn't stay there, the home had to many personal items in there including pictures, award and windows didn't had any blind. I felt so uncomfortable there, I got an hotel during my stay. I was totally disappointed.

Had a wonderful view of the lake, bird watching was great. The weather held out fantastic. Of course we went to the horse races and enjoyed that. Great spring get a way and the condo was perfect!!

Such a great place!! We went for a quick weekend of relaxation and we were not disappointed. The 3 rd floor balcony views over the lake were phenomenal and relaxing. If you’re looking for a place close to activities this is near the casino, many restaurants and just a short drive to bathhouse row. We will definitely be back

Comfortable beautiful scenery of the lake

This condo was a nice clean comfortable place to stay. It was very quiet and cozy. The sun-rise view was spectacular. We toured bath house row, Oaklawn, Mountain Tower and Lake Hamilton during our stay.

Second time to stay here. Clean and well appointed. Small but perfect for my wife and I. Owner is easily contacted.

This was our second time to stay at this property. Let me tell you, we will keep coming back every year. It’s such a beautiful place and Kenneth makes sure you have everything you need. He even went above and beyond for our anniversary and left us a yummy cookie cake. I highly recommend staying here for a nice quiet and peaceful get away. It will not disappoint! I also cooked almost every day and the kitchen is equipped with everything that you could need. We cant wait to go back next year! Thank you for another wonderful stay.

To say I enjoyed my weekend in Hot Springs would be an understatement. I feel very lucky to have found this wonderful condo overlooking Lake Hamilton, which was so relaxing at a point in my life I needed to just relax and unwind. The condo was just as advertised. Cozy, comfortable clean, and the owner was very generous and offering everything that was available in his condo for our use. I will definitely return to stay here on my next trip to Hot Springs.

We had a wonderful stay and all of our needs were well met.

Our stay was very nice, we had a girls weekend, the condo was very clean and stocked, location was perfect, the view from the 3rd floor was very pretty, we were within 20 minutes of all the fun things. We ate too much at restaurants, gambled too much at the casino and shopped too much at all the shops downtown and we booked a spa day with Quapaw spa on bath house row, it was amazing and just what we needed. My only suggestion to the owners would be to place blinds on the one window next to the couch only because the sunrise is so bright to those sleeping on the couch, I put up a sheet, so not a big deal. I would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed for a few days for his birthday! The condo was awesome! Very well maintained and had everything you would need for a little home away from home!

Best thing about condo is the view. We just needed a place for a bit of R and R and this place fit the bill perfectly.
