    Great stay! The host was excellent and communicative through the whole process. The space was great for the two of us and our pups. The area comes with all of the amenities on the property which is extremely convenient and is just a short walk 10 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge.

    We spent four days visiting beautiful Breckenridge. The location of the condo was great. Right next to a number of wonderful trails. The communication with Ryan, our host, was excellent! Easy check in and check out.

    Perfect spot for a conference at Beaver Run! The condo was cozy, clean, and super convenient—just steps from the meeting spaces. A great mix of comfort and location. Having a unit with air conditioning was a game-changer during the summer—many of my colleagues at the same conference and resort were definitely envious!

    Enjoyed a few days at the property in the summer. Great location in Breckenridge - not too close to Main Street, but easily accessed. Room was clean and provided everything we needed. I would recommend and we look forward to another trip.

    Relatively smooth check-in process; the parking garage is TIGHT with rather small spaces when it comes to parking, but it is doable with a little finesse. The condo we stayed in was nice and cozy. It's a privately owned condo in the resort that the owner's manage. There were two bottles of wine waiting on us (AWESOME after a day of travel)!...and wood stacked by the fireplace to make the space even cozier. Location could not be more perfect as it is a ski-in/ski-out right on Peak 9. This condo owner allowed pets which was great for our service dog...we were on the second floor which required us to go downstairs and outside for pet relief (only a minor inconvenience); a condo on the first or ground floor would have patio access to outside which would have made pet relief more convenient. The restaurant on the grounds is just OK so I would recommend getting food elsewhere or bring groceries to cook yourself. This condo had a small kitchenette that met all our needs. There are other people that stay in the same resort and it is like a hotel-style setup so be aware that you will hear people moving, talking, and opening/closing doors so if you're a light sleeper bring a sound machine to help manage those nightly distractions. All-in-all, we had a nice and relaxing vacation and will absolutely return on our next visit to Breckenridge.

    We had a great thanksgiving stay. Great location for easy ski on ski off. Good size living space and overall clean. We would highly recommend.
