Nice studio in the heart of the village

Has Ski In - Ski Out. Easy to ski down to lifts through the Village. Then ski back via Gentle Giant. Very good security. Well equipped condo with cooking utensils and condiments.

Great resort. Family friendly. The property was little tired but good overall.

This unit doesn’t have a balcony yet it’s advertised as having one. Also the A/C unit can’t keep up during hot days. Other than that the place is perfect and will stay again.

Our room was not ready as scheduled. They did send an employee after 4 pm to make the bed & linens. The TV never did work. We asked for assistance and never got a response.

The apartment is warm with a lovely gas fireplace, spacious and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable with good linen and pillows. The kitchen has a lot of the essential supplies even including coffee pods. We could have created a wonderful Christmas dinner if we had been so inclined. Our stay was as lovely as the great view from the window.

A small but sufficient space in a great location in Sun Peaks village. The suite was as described by VRBO.We had a few easily resolvable issues with the suite (TV cable box needed to be rebooted, the air conditioner filter was plugged, and the toilet handle broken).However, the property manager was slow to respond and in he end, no action was taken to resolve the problems.

This studio space had everything we needed for such a lovely vacation. It’s right in the heart of the village, comfortable queen bed, nice fully-stocked mini kitchen with an actual oven, and a super comfy sectional sofa. There’s a portable air conditioning unit that had a bit of trouble keeping up with the high heat temp outside, but for the most part we were comfortable, especially at night when it cooled off outside. Check-in and parking was so easy with a door code. Overall a fantastic vacation, we look forward to staying here again!

Everything as advertised. Walking distance to everything we needed. Comfortable and clean. We'd love to come back!

Overall very good, but for a 3-week stay I would suggest that more towels be provided, even if guests are doing laundry. Also, we should not have to ask for paper toilet every week. This should be planned based on the length of stay. Also, there were quite a bit of dust around the mantle. We're thinking of booking it again!

This is our second year in a 3Peaks Unit at Fireside Lodge in Sun Peaks, BC. As always, a great location and a great stay.
