Stayed Jun 6, 2025Condo was clean and had enough space. Biggest downfall is the neighbors. All night long all you heard were dogs barking, neighbors yelling and banging from above. Also bring your own pillows!

Stayed May 31, 2025Absolutely loved our stay at this condo. Fantastic location very convenient to everything in Traverse city. Very clean and spacious! All the necessities (dishes, laundry, etc.) at your fingertips. Absolutely perfect for me, my husband, and our son. Hope we get to stay here again in the future!

Stayed May 16, 2025I was not provided the access code to get into the building. There were further steps in opening the door to the condo other than the access code, which I was not provided.I did not receive checkout instructionsThe condo was in great condition and in a good location. Parking was not ideal.At this time I would say I would not rent a property in which VACASA manages.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Clean and well-appointed. It was nice to have plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, even dishwasher tabs! There are TONS of places to eat and drink (or order from!) within walking distance (~20 minutes and you won't find a more picturesque walk). The fall weather was perfect and we even enjoyed watching the sunset at Bryant Park nearby. The beds were comfortable and we slept soundly every night. The roof-top hangout was never busy! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
