Cozy & cute condo with pool steps away from downtown Ocean City & the boardwalk!

The condo is in an ideal location two blocks to both beach and boardwalk. The pool was immaculate and warm. We used the outdoor grill by the pool. The mattress was comfy and air conditioning worked great. My grandsons and I had a very fun time. It had a bathtub which was great for a three and four year old versus just a shower. The guaranteed car one spot was great just park and walk.

Amazing. Very clean, relaxing, and an overall smooth stay. Definitely will be coming back!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Diane’s condo! Check in instructions were easily accessible, the parking pass was provided, and the code was sent the day before. The condo itself was the perfect size, perfect for 2-3 people! AC worked perfectly, the shower water got nice and hot, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the pool during our stay as well. Would absolutely recommend, we would definitely stay again!

This was a great condo for a small family of 3. The location was great right between Asbury and the beach. Clean room and had all amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Diane was great host; supplying items like paper products, sheets n towels...She only forget the key for the laundry room. Entry was provided by another resident. I'd love to stay there again.

Great communication from the owner. Studio was very clean. Very close to grocery store and boardwalk. Easy to find the location. The kitchen is fully equipped for a long-term stay. This is my second visit and I would return again.

The place was cozy and only a few blocks from our favorite OCNJ boardwalk entrance. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend for a small group, and hope to visit there again.
