Cozy Condo w/ Free WiFi, Central A/C, a Private Washer/Dryer, & a Shared Pool

easy walk to the beach it has a small parkinglot but people were nice and rooms were great

We had NO HOT WATER while at our stay which was a big one. First they said hot water wasn’t part of the amenities then came back and said it was. They kept saying that they were sending someone out multiple time and NOBODY SHOWED UP. The beach is not a short walk we ended up driving. The beds are very uncomfortable but if you sleep on the couch is really comfortable. The good thing is the fishing dock was very nice! Once we got to the room it was cleanish but wifi was not working( they help up with this). We met some very nice neighbors (they are not police officers by the way like it stated). It’s a very quiet and peaceful place. We will NOT BE BACK…

When entering the place seems dated but nice. Actually, there were broken floor tiles that snaped as you walked across. So much that i made my kids keep shoes on for fear of the sharp edges of ceramic. There was hardly room to walk. Everything was dated. All of these things are fine, we were only there for the weekend to go to the beach, not to spend time in an apartment. Our family overlooked these things. However then you start to realize there is dust caked on the ciling fans. Fans that woble badly. Dust caked on the air vents and blinds. Kitchen cabinets were dirty inside. The clean, bleach smell' when entering seems to have been only from them mopping the floor and wiping down the bathroom. Again, we were there to be at the beach so we could've delt with this. Then come bedtime, there is no hot water. The host was very quick to respond however for the 3 days we were there not a single person came to check. Kept telling us the maintenance assured it was on and hot when he check before our check in. Very cold showers all weekend was unpleasant to say the least. The soap,conditioner and shmpoo pumps in the tub were empty. We pulled back the covers to climb into the main bed and you could see a stain under the sheet. Sure enough, there was a blood stain on the mattress protector. It actually didnt look like it had been washed. We put an extra sheet over it and moved our pillows to the foot of the bed. The host was quick to respond but never offered help for the situations

There are fishing docks behind the condos, really convenient if you are fishing. 3 minutes from the beach which was very convenient too.

The condo had everything we needed which made us feel right at home.

This property was just as described and was perfect for my family of four. Very close to the beach and a few shops. Our only complaint was with cleaning. Majority of the property is clean but could use a little extra upkeep with a few things. For instance there was hair in our bed sheets and the pots and pans needed some cleaning. Otherwise I would definitely stay again. We had small issues like the alarm kept going off and the TV's took some time to figure out. The owner was really nice and reached out to help. I would definitely give this place five stars if not for those things.

The condo is very cozy, comfortable and updated. The location is in perfect proximity to the beach, food and shops. The complex has a covered dock that’s perfect for fishing or picnicking from!

The property was clean. The cushions on the porch are are torn up and need replaced or thrown away. They do not leave a good first impression. The blinds are broken and do not close properly. New blinds and curtains would be a a small upgrade that would make a big difference. The security lighting outside shines so bright into the unit - it is hard to sleep. There was one extra set of sheets leaving nothing for trundle or pull out sofa. The TV did not work and there were no operating instructions and property manager never responded. I’m sure a previous renter messed it up - we tried with no luck. Never got it to work. Thankfully we weren’t in the unit for TV. The AC doesn’t cool the master bedroom as well as it does the living room. Other than these few items - Unit was clean and stocked well.

There was some light property damage, broken doors ect. Tried to contact the owner, but not sure if the message ever got through because you have to go through their corporate email.

The pictures did not disappoint, as soon as you walk in everything was so clean and in its place. The beds were very comfortable
