Cozy condo near the slopes with a full kitchen & furnished deck with great views

The unit is very nice. The entrance to the place is very off setting. Nothing the owner of the unit can change. No hot water this morning. We only stayed one night so, no time to call and get it fixed before checkout. We all get a 3 hour ride home with no shower. I think a public breakfast is now out of the question. If your staying a few days i would recommend its cozy and really close to a ski lift, very clean. Check in is at 4 and office closes at 4. Not sure how to get parking and amenity passses, not sure where amenities are located. No property map. With all that said, im sure these are minor things that could be worked out easily if we had stayed multiple days.

The refrigerator, bathroom rugs, shower curtain, extra blankets, and behind the bathroom door were all dirty.

So great to have the ski in and ski out option right outside the door. So clean and everything was perfect.

Nice ski in and ski out right on the intermediate slope chair lift. Place was clean and homely. Great stay for skiing.

Excellent. Very clean and just as shown in the pictures. We had everything we needed and would love to come again.We did have a little trouble finding it because the address we received via email didn't match how Google lists the address, but we found it eventually.

The condo was updated; all those small, and beds were not, and we’re not firm.

We were in the property less than 12 hours, it suited our needs for multiple bedrooms in the area.

We’ve been going to the mountain for 47 years. This by far was the best place to stay very easy access; air was cooled up on top my shirt mountain and the company has a beautiful pool, hot tub and sauna I would recommend this place exponentially more than any other place

This was a hard review to write. Technically, everything was presented as listed. However, there were no extra blankets and it took the unit a long time to warm up after arriving to thermostats set at 55, outdoor temp was 15 with an overnight low of 10. The beds only had sheets and a thin coverlet, burrr. The beds need some attention. The king mattress has obvious indentations , like you basically look at it made and see exactly where the “other” bodies laid lol. The bunk bed was so loud , squeaky I questioned if it would hold through the night. One tv never worked. That being said it technically met the listing details. Had we stayed more than one night it would’ve been a struggle.

Location was great. Amenities were close by and very clean. Time of year was great, not busy at all. Condo was as described and management was very responsive.

This condo was exactly what we needed for a one night stay and value is what you’d expect for the price. Thank you to the owners!

Really nice and beautiful area!

Easy access, nice views of surrounding mountains and towns. No need for AC at 5000 feet, but if that is deal breaker, it does not have air. However, the unit built in to the earth on the front side and open in rear and has no heat issues. We went in late June and it was cool both day and night. Actually perfect temperatures. Intermediate drive to local attractions and restaurants, but only probably 20 minutes to Banner Elk. The place itself is fairly standard, but is very clean and has everything you need to self sustain on groceries. Also, TV and WiFi were working. Very pleased for the daily rate.
