Cozy Condo near restaurants and shopping.

The place was perfect! The community was quiet and respectful, which worried me at first because of how close you are to the busy streets, but we had an amazing time! The house was clean and we felt as we were at home! We have another trip to Midland soon and I will be requesting the same house!

Host was great! Good communications and helpful directions. House was super clean, beds comfy, and had everything we needed for the kitchen. Building itself was not well maintained (not in host’s control), and occasional outside car/early morning trash truck noise woke us, but they had fans running that helped cancel out most of the outside noise.

Clean, comfortable, easily accessible, close to all amenities and shopping.

It was a home away from home

This property was located in a perfect area for us and was clean and decorated very nicely. The host was amazing - even had water, coffee, tea and snacks - we would stay here again!!

Location was great based on our reason for being in Midland. As noted by other visitors, the property exterior is not impressive. Would be good to have condo number posted much more visibly. The interior was nice--decor was great and host provided unexpected amenities, such as bottled water, condiments, coffee/tea, creamer and snacks. Was nice to have three tvs with lots of options and nice dining and living areas. Host was very responsive to all questions very quickly.

When I originally made the booking the pictures and description caught my attention. Here is my breakdown. Pros: - Very good location regarding getting to where you need to as it is right off the highway and centrally located for the things we needed and for getting around for shopping and food. - condo was clean and was well stocked with toiletries and bedding and towels etc… plenty of lots and pans to cook with, microwave and oven and fridge. - rooms were nicely made up - owner is very responsive and does respond rather quickly. She also forwarded me her cell number which was great as we did need to contact her. - we had some issues and she did provide a partial refund which was very nice. Cons:- the neighborhood is not very pretty and the outside of the place/condo center is kind of shady- incredibly loud neighbors that play insanely loud music all day and all night and you can hear absolutely everything in the condo. - multiple times during my stay I had to contact the owner as there were people revving their engines and a group of motorcycles that would leave their engines running nonstop at 1230am all the way until past 1am and then at the crack of dawn on multiple nights and days we were there. Though I realize this is not in the owners control but it should be known. - I did find ants in the restroom which it’s west Texas so I guess par for the course but nonetheless still something not pleasant to deal with. Overall decent stay. Host very nice!!

Host was great about communicating and working with us when our visit dates changed. Would definitely use again when in the Midland area.

Just here for work, stay was great and appreciated it was stocked like a hotel with hygiene and coffee. Will book again

Apartment was great, clean and close to destination. Host was outstanding with communication. The concerns we had were with the outside of complex. Not host's fault.

Stayed for almost 3 weeks. Great place overall. Good location, nice interior, and well stocked for everyday living (cooking, cleaning, etc). Property manager is great with communication and on top of getting things fixed when needed. I’ve stayed in other VRBOs in Midland and this is by far the best, definitely recommend.

We had a very nice stay. The location in the apartment complex was a little tricky to find, but I called and got directions immediately.

Nice interior, well stocked with supplies and utensils. Clean place that has nice amenities and the host is clear and communicative.
