Cozy Condo - Mountain Views - Walk Downtown

Outside doorway is extremely slippery and dangerous. Host should put the non slip outside rugs

The Cozy Condo was the perfect setting for our stay in Lake Placid. We were able to park our car and walk to everything in town. The home was complete with every amenity that you would need to make the stay perfect. enjoyable

The condo was very nice. We loved the deck and the privacy that being on the end gave us. The location was perfect between Lake Placid and Mirror Lake. I had missed the fact that there was no air conditioner, however. Not only was it warm but everything inside was a little sticky.

We stayed for Ironman Lake Placid and the place worked perfectly.

Check-in was easy. The location is the perfect distance from downtown. A quiet area with a private deck. Great spot and a wonderful host!

Owner was a pleasure, answered all questions quickly and very accommodating. The condo was very clean, beautiful view, private end unit, deck has great view. Location was ideal for walking into town and around Mirror Lake. I hope to come and stay again!! Wonderful all around!!

The location was exactly what we needed!! We brought our dogs with us and they had a nice yard. We were around back and didn't have any foot traffic which was wonderful. The place had all the amenities as described and was just perfect for our family of six. We would highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much!!

Great holiday vacation! Cozy place in a great location to walk downtown. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and the drive way was plowed in a timely fashion.

Property was quiet, peaceful. Views were amazing. Fireplace a nice touch for a chilly evening. Close to all the shops and restaraunts.

We had a great trip! Simple check in and great location walkable to all our favorite lake placid shops and restaurants. House was loaded with fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linens/towels. Beautiful sunset mountain view from the deck/family room! My only criticism is that it would have been nice to have air conditioning, but nights were mostly cool during our mid August stay.

Can’t say enough about the property and the attentive owner. The home is spotless and the description and photos are accurate. There were plenty of linens and supplies to get started. The owner is very helpful and attentive. Streaming TV is in the living room and bedroom That everything is on one floor was helpful for a senior family member and one adult with a broken foot!

The cozy condo has the perfect setting - we watched glorious sunsets from the deck (and living area). The condo is located close to town yet in a quiet setting. The unit is nicely equipped and furnished. We had a great week tarnished only slightly by the high heat for the area.

Great location. Quiet, comfortable , exceptionally clean and dog friendly,good to be able to walk easily to Main Street. We found the layout excellent for our group of 5. It was rainy over the marathon weekend so no chance to enjoy the patio but looks lovely.
