Stayed Jun 10, 2025I booked this lovely condo for a month this summer and enjoyed every minute. Such a quiet complex and my granddaughter loved the pond and the turtles! The pool was also great. Few steps to restaurants and shops at Red Fern Village and short drive to the beach. We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!!

Stayed Jun 1, 2024We loved our stay! This house is in the perfect location to walk to so many places, and everything else is just a short drive! The neighbors are friendly, the backyard has a great view of the pond, and the parking is convenient. The house itself was the perfect size for our group of three, and we spent many nights watching movies together, cooking, or just hanging out with everything this house has to offer with it! We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Feb 27, 2024Being only the second renter of this recently listed property, I accepted certain aspects that should be addressed to ensure this property receives a top rating in future. King bed mattress is way too soft and needs a much firmer replacement. New dishes and cutlery are not up to required standards and need to be upgraded. Larger mixing bowl should be supplied. Otherwise this unit was very much satisfactory.
