Stayed Jul 10, 2025The unit itself was fine, clean and adequate. The neighborhood was not the best. Groceries from a broken bag were on our shared porch for three days including raw vegetables and bags of food that birds and animals got into. The common entry was filthy and smelled. I would not rent this again.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Vacasa is a large organization that does not care about the people staying at the rentals, here is why. We stayed at the Summit Serenity in Dillon Colorado and here is what we found. Instructions on how to enter the unit were nonexistent As soon as you entered the basement unit is smelled like vomit and mildew Cookware, dishes, Utensils and counters we all soiled and needed to be cleaned. The floor had not been swept in months. Vomit still on the carpet Biohazard waste on the mattress and don't look for extra CLEAN sheets or blankets, they don't exist. The chairs and recliners were soiled with white stuff! Don't try to complain, we and all other customers tried and they hid behind procedures. Just don't stay at a Vacasa rental

Stayed Mar 18, 2025I was confused by the check in instructions. It was not clear that lock box with keys was located in the clubhouse. I could avoid few moments of panick during snow storm if this was better communicated. Customer support tried their best to help but I’m not sure they knew about it.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025The property is pet friendly and not hard to find. It is nestled in with the locals. For the price you can’t beat it. Updated kitchen, nice hot water and not too far from all the conveniences of Silverthorn. Will definitely be staying again!
