Cozy Condo at the Beach

This place is beautiful. Super clean, comfortable and half a block from the boardwalk and beach. Well stocked with everything you'll need. Quiet and peaceful, too. Loved it and would stay again.

The condo is the best location and very clean.

This was our second stay at this property and we had another great visit. The host was super responsive when we messaged him with a question upon check-in. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk just can’t be beat.

Our family of four had a perfect stay at this Rehoboth Beach rental. The location couldn't have been better—we were so close to the beach, which made it incredibly easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and stress-free.What truly made this experience stand out was the exceptional hosting. Our hosts were prompt with their responses and provided us with clear, detailed instructions for everything, from check-in to departure. This level of communication and care made us feel right at home and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. We highly recommend staying at the Cozy Condo at the Beach!

So close to the beach! Fantastic!

The property was super close to the beach and within walking distance to everything in downtown Rehoboth. We were very happy with out stay!

My family had a great stay. The condo was very clean and well kept. The location is perfect too, close to the beach, boardwalk and many restaurants/shops.

We had a very nice stay at this property. The first half of our stay was just my husband and me, and then our two teen sons joined us for the second half.The condo was lovely, in both good weather and bad (we had days on end of chilly temperatures and rain). I hadn't known that the property was two stories until we got there but I liked the separation of the living and sleeping space. The primary bedroom has a view of a couple of the rides at Funland and both bedrooms have glimpses of the ocean. I also appreciated that there was a half bath downstairs in addition to the full bathroom upstairs.The temperature control was easy to use, the HVAC responsive, and all of the light switches were helpfully labeled. The front door keypad was also easy to use, and we appreciated not having to carry a key. Everything was in good working order, although a heads up that the seat and flush handle are slightly loose on the upstairs toilet.My sons said that their beds were comfortable. My husband and I did not find the memory foam mattress in the primary bedroom comfortable, but I am not deducting a star rating because mattress preference is so personal. A pleasant surprise is that the parking space for this unit can accommodate two cars.The best thing about the condo is the location. We could be on the beach and boardwalk within two minutes, and the entire town was walkable. Thanks to the owners for the binder with detailed restaurant descriptions; we tried so many restaurants!

Perfect location. Steps away from the beach and the boardwalk, and on a quiet family-friendly block. Condo was clean, safe, and had plenty of space for our family. The owners left a binder with a lot of local recommendations which was very helpful. The Indian restaurant “Indigo” was phenomenal!! We would definitely stay here again.

The location of this condo cannot be beat! Loved everything about it except having to bring our own sheets, lol!

We were provided all the details for an easy check in. Clean space, perfect size for our family of 4. Laundry in unit was super convenient! The single best part though was the LOCATION! Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. We’re already talking about booking the same spot next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Cozy Condo! We arrived early and were able to access the condo shortly after lunch. The Condo was very clean and in a great location for beach/boardwalk. The space was perfect for our family of four.

My husband and I brought our 2 and 4 year old here for the week and we had the BEST time! The condo was better than we even expected and the complex was so convinient to so many things in the area!! Not one single complaint and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location! We had older and younger people who require as little walking as possible back and forth to the beach and nearby activities. There’s plenty of restaurants in short walking Distance and the location is right next to the beach. There’s also a lovely pool to use.

This condo is in a great location just steps to the ocean! Very clean and stocked with the necessities. We arrived into town early so I contacted the owner about the possibility of early check-in and we were able to do so after grabbing lunch. We had to contact the property manager about a minor issue with the kitchen sink and he was very pleasant to deal with and addressed the minor issue right away. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our 3rd time staying here. The owners take great care in this property and make upgrades as needed, so appreciated! You cannot beat this location!! Thanks for a seamless, wonderful stay :)
