Cozy Condo across the street from Wells Beach

Only a 3-min. walk to the beach! To us, that was the best part, but this place is adorable. (Honestly, I don't think the promo pics do it justice.) It's larger than the pics make it look, especially the upstairs bedroom, which was very comfortable--and it was just the two of us, but having two bathrooms was a definite plus. It was a very quiet area yet also convenient: we walked to Billy's Chowder House from there, there's a Hannaford grocery store only about a mile away, and there are seaside benches only a 5 min. walk up the street (great for watching sunrises or sunsets).

Property was clean, quiet and convenient to the beach. We LOVED having 2 bathrooms (something we don’t have at home). We’ll stay here again.

We travel to Wells every year for vacation, always looking for the perfect place to stay. This may have been the one! The condo was as described, extremely clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is also in a great location….within walking distance to the beach and without the traffic noise when you’re trying to fall asleep. Thank you for a great week!

We had a great stay. I loved having a stove, oven, fridge and coffee maker. My son loved having his own room. It was a lovely location very close to the beach.

Wells Beach has always been our family's favorite summer vacation destination. Being within a ~2 minute walk to the beach is a complete game changer and makes it hard to choose any other type of rental in the future. The location and amenities made our stay very special and we hope to return soon.

The condo was in a great location with a very easy walk to the beach. It was the perfect size for our family of three and Kerry was so friendly and helpful.

This condo is so comfortable and cute! The configuration of two bedrooms and two bathrooms is hard to find and most appreciated. The location is less than a 5 minute to the beach and makes it very easy to walk back and forth to the condo when needed. This was our 2nd season staying here and we loved it!

This I is is a really nice place to stay. It is an upstairs unit. Upon entering, you walk into the living room and open kitchen area. All amenities such as dishes, bakeware, glasses, paper towels and cleaning supplies were all included. All we had to bring was our sheets and towels. We enjoyed using the ROKU in the evening. This place is clean. 2 showers were very helpful and the water pressure was incredible. The upstairs bedroom was very big and provided lots of privacy. Communication with the owner was prompt and she is very fast with answering any questions and concerns. Ac unit was nice and provided a nice white noise to sleep. Close to the beach!

This little condo was fantastic! The walk to the beach is so easy and less than 5 minutes. The master bedroom on the second floor was very comfortable but the second bedroom is very small (would be great for little kids or one person, we had two adults for a few nights and it was very tight). The condo itself was small but most of our time spent back at the condo was on the covered deck where they had a nice table and chairs.

Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. Other renters/owners in condos were very pleasant
