Cozy Condo 1 BR! No Stairs! No Cleaning Fees! Indoor pool/hot tub!! WAFFLES!

This was the perfect spot for our family! The place was clean and so adorable. Easy communication and location was great.

Only complaint was bed wasn't as comfortable as ours. Not really a complaint, because what bed is as comfortable as your own? Very quiet and no smell which I greatly appreciated. Many places today have smoke smell inside and out. This one had no smell and no strong oder of cleaners trying to mask smoke smells. Would recommend it to my friends.

Accommodations were better than described, many extras that made the stay comfortable. Fishing near by added to our weekend.

Perfect location and amenities to spend several days in Branson

This is a cute, clean place, plenty of room, very adequately supplied. The hostess was easy to communicate with; that's a plus!We had a few issues, though - mainly - the beds were TERRIBLE. Such thin, cheap mattresses -- it would be so easy to replace these with good ones. There's another review that mentions the poor beds, so I took our foam mattress pads - that wasn't enough; we still had terrible nights and aching backs in the morning. This alone would keep me from going back unless I knew they replaced the mattresses.Some smaller issues -- the keypad needs to be replaced; we had to call and after several tries, we got an answer so we could get the key, but still... just replace the keypad! No excuses about why it doesn't work sometimes. It's also dark outside the building. Some well-placed motion lights would be wonderful. The shower head needs to be replaced, or just taken off and soaked in vinegar. The water pressure is very poor b/c the head is clogged. Also the bathroom sink heads -- same problem. The blinds on the door need to be replace -- several inexpensive little fixes to make things nicer.What's GOOD? Nice dinnerware, and plenty. Plenty of pots and pans, although rather small if you're planning a big pot of spaghetti or chili. Well-stocked with supplies. Amenities - soap, etc., are nice. Towels are thick and plentiful. The curtains are nice and keep out the light. It's a nice location, quiet and nice looking. As said, better lighting would help.

Good, clean, and affordable stay. Location was in good proximity to most attractions in Branson within a 15 to 30 minute commute. We would stay again.

It was a wonderful place to sray. Very relaxing and we had a blast playing some of the games

All was good until we went to bed and the people upstairs were walking all night. I will request top floor from now on! The condo was great

Clean and updated condo. Washer and dryer were a little load but we had a wonderful stay.

The condo is in a great location convenient to shopping and restaurants. It was clean , comfortable and quiet.

Owners were great, condo was clean and great for the 3 of us. Appreciated the coffee every morning and sitting on the back patio! Neither my husband or I could sleep in the bed (uncomfortable) so our kiddo slept there and I slept on an air mattress and hubby slept on the couch. Fall Creek isn't what it once was - it's been many years since our last stay there. Only one of the several pools were actually open.

Cute little room, just the right size for our family and for our short trip. Noticed some areas under some furniture that may get missed when cleaning that were a little dustier than other areas (only because my kiddos dropped some toys) but all in all it was pretty well clean. We enjoyed our stay!

This was a great place to stay and very clean. The only confusion was what parking spots are assigned for apartment 1. We had great host.
