Cozy Belltown Condo with amazing Elliott Bay Views

This place was perfect! Condo layout was great for our 2 couple stay! Excellent location. Excellent accommodations and provisions. View was great!

We really loved our stay here. The view was fantastic. We were able to walk to most of our planned activities, and the reserved parking spot was perfect for the few times we needed the car. The check-in person was friendly and very helpful.

Amazing location with gorgeous view of Puget Sound. Easy walk to lots of coffee shops, bars, & eateries. Condo was roomy, clean, and had very comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as described, clean, modern, in a safe and convenient area with wonderful views of the Sound. The street noise is quite loud, so it is near impossible to open the windows - day or night. The bedroom shades are also quite sheer, so it is quite light especially in the mornings. I would recommend a good light blocking sleep mask and good ear plugs if you want a full sleep. Everything else about the property was excellent, so these are not too annoying if you arrive prepared. There is not luggage storage on property, but there is a very convenient Bounce service just a couple of doors away that we utilized and it was perfect! We would stay here again when visiting the harbor.

The place was spotless, fully stocked with anything you would need. The beds were comfortable, laundry in the unit,, check in was easy. The unit offers a great view of the Sound and is within a mile of all the major tourist spots. Great spot.

This was an exceptional place to stay from beginning to end. Alex and Jose are wonderful hosts and very responsive to changing circumstances that we encountered on our end. The view is fabulous, the location is right in the center of walking distance to everywhere downtown so we didn't even use our car! The beds are amazing, including even the sleeper sofa (which is unusual!). It is clean, well appointed and a delightful welcoming place for a Seattle sojourn. I would definitely stay there again!

This was a great spot near multiple fun activities including the space needle and Pikes Market. The owners were easy to get in touch with and very understanding when we had our dates mixed up and needed a little extra time to check out. There is a great bakery that is a must visit on the bottom floor of the apt building. Overall great place, beautiful view of the water and lots of great stuff nearby!

This condo downtown Seattle has stunning views. The property was clean and newish looking. The hosts were prompt, clear and concise with their communication. Check in was seamless. The only knock against the property is how loud it is in that area of town. There's nothing the host can do about it, but, it is very loud on the weekends.

The location and view was amazing! Sadly the pool/hot tub were broken during our stay but that is no fault of the host.

Wonderfully appointed condominium in a walkable neighborhood. Garage parking was a plus! Alex and Jose were a pleasure to work with and extremely communicative throughout the booking and stay. A special thanks for finding and returning a pair of AirPods that were left behind.

The listing was very accurate but it did not express just how amazing the views were! Both bedrooms and the living/dining area had views of the water. It was gorgeous.

The place was as advertised, super clean with an amazing view of the bay. The location was perfect, close to the Space Needle, the Market and tons of really cool bars, restaurants and shops. Alex is super responsive to any questions that we had and made everything really easy.

Great location. The street noise was quite loud but the listing mentioned it, so no surprise there. And that’s what you get with the great location.

Laundry was conveniently right in the Condo. Kitchen was functional and clean. Location of Condo was Awesome, walking distance to most everything you would want to do.

We understand all the “10” reviews, and can agree with them to the greater extent, but here’s our experience:We texted “Simon” (the greeter we were told to contact) when we got off the plane, again as we exited the light rail, and again when we reached the unit—all with an accurate ETA. Each text was acknowledged, and we were told to wait out front on the sidewalk for five minutes—which was fine.But after six hours of travel, standing there with our luggage and nowhere to sit, we waited… After fifteen minutes, we called and left a message. Simon texted back, “I’ll be there in 4.” Fifteen minutes later—thirty minutes after our arrival—an elderly gentleman, not Simon but a local resident, showed up and let us in. We never met Simon.A thirty-minute wait would’ve been fine if we’d been told upfront. We could’ve sat at the bar next door and relaxed. Instead, we stood there expecting Simon to appear any minute.The owners did apologize, but what they really need is a more reliable—and honest—greeter.Sidenote: the view of the sunset over Puget Sound almost made up for the whole experience…and, we would stay here again. Perfect for 2 couples. We walked EVERYWHERE!

Our family loved this condo and the location. The view is incredible, and there are several great food options right out the front door.

We had a wonderful stay at the Belltown Condo! Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had before we arrived .The check in was smooth. Our greeter met us promptly, giving us all the information we needed for our stay. The condo was perfect for two couples:clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of Pike Place market, Space Needle, and the Chihuly Museum. Best of all was the beautiful view of Elliot Bay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Belltown Condos. The building was perfectly located between the Space Needle and Pike Place so everything was easily accessible by walking. Belltown condos is a very well kept and clean building with great views of the harbor. It was well stocked and met all our needs. It also has a parking garage which was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again

Great communication and providing of info prior to check-in. Very “Cozy” condo indeed. Great location. Nice to meet a check-in person (rather than be remote check-in). A very nice touch was its Keurig coffee maker with more coffee capsules than any family could possibly drink over 3 days. Made a great restaurant recommendation (Umi Sake House).

Property was great with everything we needed for two couples.. the kitchen had spices, olive oil and well supplied dishes and pots/pans! Very clean and excellent view. The only negative was our checkin process. The normal “greeter” was not available (although we arrived within 30 minutes of our 3:00pm checkin time. He had a business partner meet us who was another 30 minutes later than us. We sat in an alley waiting for the mystery greeter to arrive.

Great location with beautiful views! Amenities of coffee, creamer, sweeteners, sugars, spices, large size shampoo/conditioners/body wash, hair straightener and hair dryer were definitely a plus. The person who gave us the tour of the facility was friendly, and Alex responded very quickly to any concern.

Overall a great spot. Absolutely adorable condo, multiple security layers in and out of building. Amazing views, all rooms have beautiful windows overlooking the bay, and very vibrant area within walking distance to Pike Place Market and pier area. Well stocked kitchen and Keurig. Nice bathrooms and cozy beds. Pull out sofa bed was comfortable too. Check in process is a bit tedious as you have to coordinate timing with someone via text starting 24 hours in advance and then wait for responses back and forth. Very loud street noise from people, traffic, sirens all night long midweek, but having a Bluetooth sleep mask with music playing helped a lot.

The location was perfect and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. The views were gorgeous. We would highly recommend this location.

Great location for Seattle sightseeing. Short distance to space needle, pikes place, aquarium. Meeting up with local host was a little weird but helpful for showing you around.

Very clean, corner unit with everything you need in a fantastic building. My wife and sister-in-law loved the extra, thoughtful touches like a lint roller, laundry detergent, and the full-sized shampoo and conditioner in the showers.

The unit itself was nice and had great views. Unfortunately it is located in a very noisy neighborhood on a busy city street. There is a lot of street noise even up on the 6th floor. Across the street is a music club with nightly events. Police and fire truck sirens will wake up multiple times a night. Homeless people and drug users everywhere around the building.

Easy check in process, beautiful views, great location. We walked to the Space Needle, MoPop, Glass museum, Piers, and Pike Place. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were a nice amenity. The condo had everything we needed during our stay.

Place was great for our family (2 adults, 2 children). Perfect location to walk to the market, waterfront, space needle, etc. Parking was a nice bonus. Very clean and well kept.

The apartment is in a great neighborhood-lots of restaurants and close to many sites. Our hosts’ communication was precise and spot on. (Thx for the bubbly!).

The view was fabulous. Watched the fog roll in and right back out. Location was great for the waterfront and Pike's Market. A lot of homeless people around but that's everywhere and no one bothered us. Liked the bakery downstairs and the small grocery store on the corner. Concert venue a bit noisy one night but a great location to watch the action. Condo clean and plenty of room for us. Thanks so much for making it such a great trip!

This condo is wonderfully located within an easy walk of everything we had on our to-do list. There are a lot of restaurants within a 1- or 3-minute walk from the front door. We liked the layout of the condo, with a table with chairs in front of the sliding glass doors overlooking the harbor. Great place to begin and end the day. We would stay here again.
