I rented this condo for myself and my two grandsons, one of which suffers from autistic spectrum disorder and has incontinence issues. I specifically rented this condo because the property claimed to have washer and dryers on each floor. This was very important to me as my special needs grand child needs daily laundry. There are in fact two laundry rooms on each floor but none of them have both a functioning washer and dryer and in many neither works. The maintenance people told me these have been broken for a very long time and are too old to get parts for and the board refuses to buy more. In one of the many laundry rooms in the building that had a functioning dryer was a note from a guest asking the person who stole all their towels from the dryer to return them. These rooms are often open despite the fact they are supposed to be locked. The washer and dryers each cost 2.50 I complained about losing money in broken machines and received no response. One machine that allegedly worked didn’t spin the towels etc and it took 3 hours to dry when I finally found a functional dryer on the second floor. Additionally we were told we could not dry beach towels on the balcony, there is no where in the unit to do this therefore the towels were constantly wet. Upon check out if you have more than 2 loads of wash you will be fined for additional loads. The only way this can be accomplished is by doing some laundry yourself before hand. When I complained about the facilities I repeatedly got the message there are 2 laundry rooms on each floor despite the fact none have functional equipment. I was also encouraged to take my laundry down the road to a laundromat, which was not practical without a car and with 2 children one of which has special needs. There was no dishwashing liquid and no scrubbing pads available upon arrival. The bathroom is dark and moldy. The leather chairs in the living room are discolored and tired. Behind the bed and bedside table are dusty and dirty. The location is great for pool and beach access. I could have accepted the deficiencies of the condo but the property management is horrible and they intentionally mislead potential renters into believing they will have laundry facilities readily available. I would never consider renting any property run by this management company.

Exceeded all expectations. The condo was perfect for us, loved the beach and all the shops in town. Will be back next year.

Loved the location - this property could DEFINITELY use a new bed and recliner chairs .. bed was not conducive to a good night’s sleep for either of us.

When booking this property I was skeptical about the review of the musky smell. I decided to book anyways. I want to add, during our stay we followed the, keeping the doors and windows closed, rule to keep the moist air from making the situation worse. The room was cute, location was great, however, we ended up having to get an air purifier due to the musky ness. My husband and son has allergies and it really set him off. After the purifier we enjoyed ourselves.

We arrived Monday afternoon and Unfortunately my husband spent the rest of the vacation in the NSB Hospital. We were unable to enjoy the beach, pools, etc. But I enjoyed the safety and comfort of the condo each nite after daily visits to the hospital. Vicki

The condo needs a dehumidifier to replace the damp rid bags they have hanging on nightstand and back of door. The smell lingered on my clothes and was frustrating. We stayed here and had our wedding on the beach I was so nervous that my dress was going to STINK! At first we thought it was normal since condo is on the beach. But we had friends that also stayed at same complex and their condo had no odor! We went and bought an air freshener but the smell still lingered:( The condo itself was cute but we couldn’t “love it “ because the odor was horrible.

The property is great. The construction on the roof turned out to be quite noisy, beginning at 8 am, so this wasn't good. No other complaints.
