Great location steps from the beach. Clean, quiet, covered on-site parking. Enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay. Host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

This unit is in an ideal location, close to the beach and walkable to the Village. The unit has a nicely updated kitchen and bathroom. The patio makes the space feel bigger and provides a lovely spot to enjoy being outside.

Everything at the complex was super clean. The laundry room was great. It had 2 washers & 2 dryers. They even had laundry soap. Living room could have been bigger. Only a small sofa & end table & coffee table. Kitchen was fantastic. Everything we needed. King bed was comfortable. Lily was great. I talked to her several times & she answered immediately. Location is superb. Beach nearby but you do have to walk down a long incline. That could be difficult for some people. All in all a great place to stay!

Everything was great.Clean, everything we needed and so handy to the beach. Real nice courtyard. The parking worked out great. We ate at Mimi's restaurant it was real good. Large portions. Walkable to downtown too.

We were here to see our Granddaughter and meet our New Twin Great Grandsons. The area was Great and was Walkable to ALL restaurants and Shops. Very Nice ,Clean Accommodations.

Definitely would love to stay here again. Perfect location, very comfortable. Easy instructions for check in and out. Nice courtyard, plenty big for multiple users at a time. Parking was a bit difficult getting in and out although probably the same with many others in the area.

Great place to stay right near the beach! Quiet spot and lovely accomodations. We will be returning!!

Lack of reading lights/lamps and lounge chair in living room was disappointing.Getting at least 6 serving place servings would be better for those of us that eat in the unit.

We are locals and enjoyed being so close to the beach.

The location was amazing. Carlsbad is one of our favorite beach towns. Unit was wonderful. Parking space and entry to parking was tight. Do not have anything bigger than a medium SUV!

It’s a great location, close to beach and walking distance to restaurants. It’s a one bedroom apartment equipped with everything you need. Perfect for two people.

This is the second summer I've stayed here and I just love it. It's so convenient to shops, restaurants and beach that it just couldn't get any better. I'll definitely be back again next year.

The location and amenities were outstanding. Parking spot is a bit narrow but it worked for us. The beach was amazing although the stairs and/or ramp wasn’t fun. Everything is so close by that walking was the best way to get around. Looking forward to our next stay!!

We enjoyed our stay. Although the complex was full it was quiet with respectful neighbors. Good proximity to the beach. Clean and private. I’ve stayed at multiple vacation properties. This was one of my favorites. My only suggestion was a better stocked pantry would be helpful. The kitchen had a gas range and outdoor grills but there was coffee, tea, salt and pepper. It would have been nice to add some spices and condiments.

Property was amazing. Prompt reply’s to questions. Property was very clean and walking distance to the beach. We are staying here again next year.

Easy access, no hassles, great location.

The property was great. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more! We particularly enjoyed the courtyard area.
