Stayed Jul 4, 2025THE RENTAL WAS PERFECT! IT WAS CLEAN. IT WAS DECORATED PERFECTLY. THE LOCATION WAS JUST AS WE HAD HOPED. JUST A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH. THE WAGON WITH BEACH EQUIPMENT HAD JUST WHAT WE NEEDED. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RENT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN!

Stayed Feb 1, 2024We had an excellent stay. The beach was an easy 7 minute walk, and what a nice beach it is. The house is also handy for shopping, golf, restaurants, everything needed for our 2 months stay. I highly recommend it.

Stayed Feb 25, 2023We enjoyed our week away and were delighted to have rented this unit. Ray, the owner, always got back with us quickly if we had questions which we appreciated The unit was clean, nicely decorated, in a quiet area and had everything we needed during our stay. Manasota Beach is literally just down the street. You can easily walk to it or drive - there is plenty of beach parking. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
