Cozy Beach Bungalow Steps from the Sand – Perfect for Families & Relaxation!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Our sons and their families, including grandchildren, joined us for two separate periods, and the set-up was perfect for all of us. My husband has a fishing kayak that he was able to store in the garage so that was a bonus. There were many beach chairs, a beach wagon, and lots of beach toys for the kids also in the garage. So many things were close by including the beach, water park, restaurants, live music, a bakery, and the fabulous ice cream store. We enjoyed outings to the Tampa zoo, a spring training baseball game, and mini-golf. The dead-end street where it’s located is very quiet and peaceful. Ashley and Brett are excellent hosts who respond quickly to any questions we had. We hope to return to this fabulous property.

Convenient location for walk to beach, dining and some shopping. Private parking was appreciated as well as a garage full of beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked well.

The kitchen is well-furnished, and everything works! I really enjoyed the books. Great for families as toys, children’s books and a Pack & Play are provided, as well as plastic dinnerware. The garage has quite a few beach chairs and two wagons. We really appreciated the owners’ quick response to some minor issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Love the location! Walkable to restaurants and beach. The dryer sounded like a rock tumbler so I wasn't able to do laundry, which was one main reason to book this unit. The unit itself is very nice, loved the upstairs bathroom! But the outside entrance needs help. The outside carpeting on the stairs to the unit needs updating and cleaning/painting of the walls.

Amazing location. Close to the beach and had everything we needed to enjoy it. Ashley also helped us find a fireworks show on the 4th.

We booked this stay for our family vacation. Having the garage was very nice and convenient. We also appreciated having beach items avaliable to use. The townhome was very clean and everything was easy to find. We also loved how close it was to the beach and several places to eat. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home!

Great location! 5 minutes to the beach, several restaurants and ice cream! Rental was very comfortable and had everything we needed! Loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!
