Stayed Dec 10, 2025The condo was peaceful, clean, modern and comfortable: perfect for our daughter’s master’s graduation from UGA. Allison was wonderful. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Stayed May 24, 2025This condo is definitely all things UGA! Tastefully decorated with everything you might need. We found the beds to be very comfy. The complex was quiet at this time of year and close to downtown and the stadium. The owner was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Oct 26, 2024This place was just simply lovely! Allison was such a great host and always available. The house had a great vibe and was full of beautiful decors, board games and was awesome. Every room had a TV with apple tv hooked to it. Shower was so clean and towels were plenty and great. There was a full kitchen if you wanted to use. The neighborhood was so beautiful and it is in walking distance of downtown Athens. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a great stay at Athens.
