Cozy apartment with sea view - only a few meters from the beach!

This apartment was great for our week stay. It was our first time in Gran Canaria and we really enjoyed the great weather and diverse geography. We had a hire car which we used to travel round and the north is certainly worth a visit. The apartment is on the outskirts but was a pleasant walk of about 20 minutes to get to the town. There were numerous buses and they looked well used but we did not use them. The pool at the apartment was great and we enjoyed a dip each morning in the sea. Thomas checked in with us via email to see all was ok. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Thank you

This apartment was perfect for my month long winter 'get warm' break. The apartment complex is pretty; there is nice view from main room/balcony - includes sea, and the bedroom balcony got more sun. Everything clean, nice decor, kitchen worked fine (the 'oven' is small). We used living area sofa bed for part of stay when I had a friend visit - worked fine. Apartment is true to photos - actually a bit more spacious and back balcony was nicer than expected. Tomas was very responsive from far away (and next door neighbor helpful too). He enabled us to have second key to enter complex. Only glitch was the water heater which failed last few days, but Tomas was very quick to address this. I don't think there was central heat/aircon available at this time (maybe turned on later?) - but was not needed. This area can be windy off and on, but was sunny most of the time - good access to restaurants/shops of Maspalomas and a nice walk on the sea promenade to smaller hotel complex other direction - but this apartment complex doesn't feel overwhelmed by commercialism (although food stores and a few restaurants nearby). Jan/Feb is a bit cool for swimming, but there were folks in the sea! Lovely pool patio. Thanks for everything Tomas!! (PS - be careful not to park where there are yellow lines!)

The place is amazing, pictures are 100% accurate. We enjoyed a beautiful view listening the sound of the sea, private swimming pool and peaceful atmosphere. We rented the car for whole stay, which made our stay even more relaxing. By car we could reach everything in a few minutes. We are thinking to come back for a longer time.

Beautiful place!!! I was so fortunate to stay there for 1 month. Beautiful views of the pool and the sea from the condo’s balcony. Property very well maintained and beautiful gardens. Owners were very nice. Great to be able to sleep with the windows open and listen to the waves!!! Very safe place. Not a lot of restaurants nearby but tons of great buses that connect you quickly everywhere from there. Neighbors were charming. Was doing my grocery shopping at Carrefour and they delivered several times which was very helpful. There is also a small store for food and a Spark nearby. Favorite Places to visit: Puerto de Mogan, historic district of Las Palmas, playa del ingles, Faro de Maspalomas, get a paella at “El Caldero”, Teldes historic district. We rented a car one day to visit Roque Nublo and Pico de los Nieves (highest peak on the island) in the middle of Gran Canaria which was amazing. The day was clear and we were able to see the island of Tenerife and did great pictures. The hike to Roque Nublo is moderate to strenuous but well worth the effort!! Do not miss getting on the Maspalomas dunes from the walkway at playa del ingles one evening and have dinner at Columbus restau. It is a memorable experience. We also enjoyed El Balcon restau close to the condo with a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. Great memories!!!!

Spectacular views from the front balcony. The apartment is well laid out and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The area is quite quiet but close enough to other amenities on foot. There is a shopping centre 15 mins away on foot which has various restaurants/ shops and supermarkets. The beach from the apartment is pebbly but San Augustin beach is about 15-20 mins walking distance where there is a nice sandy beach with sun beds and a few nice restaurants. The apartment is only 15 mins from the airport by taxi which cost €36 but our return journey by bus was €5.50!! All in all the apartment was great and the complex very well kept , secure and quiet. We had a problem with the internet in the apartment but Thomas quickly helped with an alternative. Would definitely return to this apartment.

The location of the property is fantastic, 15 min from the airport, by the beach , with a lovely summing pool witch was clean every day. Our plane was late few hours, but Thomas made sure that Delia was waiting for us to give us the keys till late at night when we arrived. Thank you, really appreciate. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, with everything what you need if you want to eat at home. Lidl is 10 min away by the car and Carefore 15min. There is a shop 2 min away with every thing you need and a nice restaurant just by the beach. On walking distance , by the beach promenade it is a shopping centre (20 min) . We had a 5 star experience and we highly recommend the apartment.

The owner, Mr. Thomas Muller was very kind and helpful, gave me many useful tips. Upon arrival at the apartment, his co-worker Sieling gave me all the information and help for the use and services of the house. It is a really well-located place with an incredible view of the beach. The apartment and the buildings are in a very good condition and there is no sound from the neighbours. We would definitely come back again!
