Stayed Jul 12, 2025The place was just as describe. Very very clean! You could smell clean as soon as you walk in!! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked with plates and cookware. The pool was fantastic! Anyone who decides to stay here will not be disappointed. My kids loved the loft!! Great vacation!

Stayed Jul 20, 2024This condo is in the perfect location to get in and out of the Rehoboth boardwalk area. Very quiet neighborhood and close to the pool. Michele was very helpful taking care of everything we needed to make for a great stay!

Stayed Jul 31, 2023I booked this for my family for a few days and it was lovely. Loved having the options of a pool or beach. We were there during the week but the pool had plenty of lounge chairs and wasn’t that busy (lots of families). Two family members used the tennis courts every day. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of places nearby to eat. Easy drive to the beach. Spent the mornings on the balcony drinking coffee while we waited for the teens to wake up. Overall the perfect place for a family beach getaway!

Stayed Jun 9, 2023This property is a short drive to Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. The balcony was great and overlooked a beautiful green yard with trees. There was plenty of space for our family to relax in the living room and kitchen. The only negative was that the status of the cleanliness could have been better.

Stayed Apr 18, 2023The neighborhood and condo were quiet and 6 minutes from the beach and minutes from 3 outlet sites and many great restaurants! My family and I enjoyed the area and the awesome light that comes into the condo.
