Cozy 2nd Story Condo Overlooking Pioneer Park

We enjoyed our stay. Even though the unit was older, it was very quiet and in good working order. We had an issue with a slow draining bathtub that was remedied promptly. Best part was closeness to River Park and downtown Bend all in walking distance.

Location was great for easy access to local markets and restaurants.

No code was given for access until requesting it. Upon arrival (we arrived at 3:20, so yes we were a while 40 min early). There was no water to the unit. When we inquired about it we were told by the front desk “well you technically are supposed to be here yet” and we need to give them at least an hour before she could do anything about it Being a Friday night concerned we have already paid and we’re 3 hours from home, a dinner reservation at 5. What were we to do - Around 4:15-4:20 we returned to the front desk as were told it’s potentially going to be a problem through the night and possibly through the weekend. (Water leak under the building). We were then told “SORRY” but we are sold out. At which time I told here well I found a studio unit on your website #300 right before coming back to the office. Well somehow …. We are now in luck and she can move us. I asked my things we still in the room- Are you sure the code will be the same so I can get in to retrieve them. After training backup the stairs NOPE - No longer access to the unit. Back to the office, back to the unit to retrieve my items and “than goodness” back to the new room. We were satisfied with the room, the view, the location. Coffee was provided with an in unit coffee pot but no coffee mugs. This was my 2nd visit to the location - I would stay again.

All was good except at 6am there was a knocking in the wall closest to the main bedroom...went on over an hour all 3 days. For this reason, we would not stay again.

The property is older than it looks in photos, but it was a nice condo.

A bit of a tight squeeze for us (family of 4 with two lanky tweens) but worked out fine. Easy access to river walk and 10 min walk to downtown. Clean and quiet.

Room was clean and cozy, any needs or essentials were met, and didn't experience much noise. Would stay again.

Loved the location.. We will stay there again but a different condo.

Very nice property, highly recommend. Only hitch was getting in the door as the code I was given did not work. A quick call to the after hours line and she gave me a new code. Very responsive hosts. Very clean and nice location

Nice updated condo in great location. 10 min walk to downtown and close to river. Nice to have 2 full baths. Would recommend!

Property is easy to get to from the highway, and close to park, river, trails and downtown Bend.

Great place to stay - comfy, spacious and perfectly located! Easy access to lots of days hikes with plenty of restaurants and local watering holes within walking distance.

Perfectly situated next to Pioneer Park in the North end of downtown Bend. Easy access to biking trails and all that central Bend has to offer.

We had a great stay here for our first trip to Bend. The location was convenient and quiet for rests in between our adventures. We'd stay again.

The unit was clean and updated, but be aware that there is no dishwasher (!) and virtually no place to hang up clothing. Also the fold down bed in the living area is permanently open, so unless you need that extra bed, you might want to choose a different unit. It takes up a lot of space (and I have several bruises from bumping into it as I tried to walk to the couch). We have family in Bend, and this is one of our favorite places to stay, but I will choose a unit with a dishwasher next time!

Great location with access to river trail system to quickly get to downtown, Old Mill, or anywhere on West Side easily by walking (so many great brew pubs close)
